Activism is their choice of how to do it. They act out through protests to compensate for their feelings of inadequacy. Basically, they power trip on blocking roadways and causing disruption in the lives of others. teaselIs rump a feminist? I didn’t know that. And I don’t believe this article, either. I think that goes to the men who think women should do whatever they want them to do. You didn’t post a link, so I googled, and found really misogynistic **** posted there. One article mentions “feminazis” which is not a term used by professionals, only people who hate women. The Supreme Court in Texas, and Ken Paxton, believed that a woman should carry a non-viable baby, until it died inside her, or died soon after birth. It could have left her infertile, after dealing with those horrors, and it also could have killed *her*, but Republican extremists apparently know better than doctors. In Ohio, two hours from me, a woman was told her baby was dead, and they sent her home. She miscarried in a toilet, and has been charged its abuse of a corpse. This Republican extremist **** is criminal, and they always think they know better, or say they do, even though they know that they don’t. It’s just plain cruel, and they don’t care. See you next year. RandallYou’re ridiculous! 😂 Legally holding rallies is not the same thing. People who block traffic are not mentally healthy or happy people. BassDecember 6, 2023Conservative and very conservative parents are more likely to raise mentally healthy teens compared to liberal parents, according to a new study from the Institute for Family Studies and Gallup. The results drop amid a nationwide mental youth crisis among youth, stemming partly from the aftershocks of the COVID-19 pandemic. A report released in February by the NC Child Fatality Task Force found that the youth suicide rate has nearly tripled in two decades. North Carolina lawmakers included additional funding for mental health services in the new state budget. The IFS/Gallup report found that “the most important factor in the mental health of adolescent children is the quality of the relationship with their caregivers.” The key driver is parents who have an “authoritative” style that combines “affection and attentiveness to children’s needs with structure and requirements for pro-social, responsible behavior.”In contrast, liberal parents are more likely to have a permissive parenting style and “are the least likely to successfully discipline their children.”“[C]onservative parents enjoy higher quality relationships with their children, characterized by fewer arguments, more warmth, and a stronger bond, according to both parent and child reporting,” the report concluded.“There is no meaningful public effort to educate parents on the best-practice parenting styles that have long been associated with teen mental health,” said the report’s author Jonathan Rothwell, principal economist at Gallup and nonresident senior fellow at the Brookings Institution, in a statement. “The results of our report should be seen as empowering parents to play the lead role in guiding their children to healthy psychological development. Their actions, judgments, and relationships are key to their teen’s mental health.”Importantly, household income, parental education, and race and ethnicity are largely unrelated to the quality of parenting and mental health outcomes for teens, the report found.Data for the analysis were collected from 2,995 parents of adolescents in June and July of 2023. The survey included measures of adolescent mental health, social media use, parental demographics, political views, and attitudes toward marriage, parenting practices, and parent-child relationships.jwhopChildren with Conservative Parents More Likely to Have Better Mental Health: StudyRachel M. Emmanuel Conservatives don't need a study to tell them that actual, present parenting (termed as an "authoritative personal style") leads to children with better mental health than the far-left "do whatever you want whenever you want it"-style.The Bible makes that crystal clear. But in case anyone needed any extra evidence, a Nov. 30 Institute for Family Studies report \-- which cited a June 2023 Gallup study of 6,643 parents and 1,580 adolescents -- confirmed that, as the book of Proverbs 13:24 told us thousands of years ago, "He who spares the rod hates his son, but he who loves him is diligent to discipline him."The key finding of the study showed that teens with conservative or very conservative parents were much more likely to be classified as having "good or excellent mental health" compared to peers with liberal or very liberal parents. The study showed that 77 percent of teens with conservative/very conservative parents reported positive mental health compared to only 55 percent with liberal parents or very liberal parents, per the IFS. http://www.msn.com/en-us/health/pregnancyparenting/children-with-conservative-parents-more-likely-to-have-better-mental-health-study/ar-AA1lfUb8 teaselYou also don’t trust therapists or psychologist.
