T O P I C R E V I E WtheFajitaOK I have a couple questions about these red foods ever since you all posted about these I noticed how much non red foods I eat! So I am not trying to really lose weight, just trying not to put any more on since I quit smoking! (OK so it's been years since I smoked, but I still feel like eating )so here are my questions:are foods closer to red than not better to eat if there is nothing red? like is a carrot better to eat than corn because it's closer to red? or if it's not red, that's too bad, doesn't matter? And what about pink? like salami or pink grapefruit? where do those fit in? under pink? sort red?what is "red" meat? is that red or brown? If I eat a teeny tiny little itty bit of lettuce with a red tomato does the green cancel out the red?Can you guys help me? I am so grateful if you can or can't love and light to allfajita------------------Food is the only art that nourishes!theFajitaOK I'm a little hormonal right now, please excuse my urgency ------------------Food is the only art that nourishes!trippyshtif i recall correctly, linda said the colored foods were only really important during the color-reprograming-diet, and that if your colors were balanced you could eat what ever you want. if you feel like you're going off balance you give yourself a booster color bath and get on with eating what you please. i'm sure if you prefer to eat like a little bunny rabbit and munch on lettuce and cucumbers all day and you're a plumpie, linda has no objections! theFajitathanks for your response. So balance is what I need! tHANKS SO MUCH! ------------------Food is the only art that nourishes!
