moondreamer | I dont know if this is the right forum for my question? I want to make my hair thicker, longer and fuller. What food and vitamin supplements should I take to acheive my acquired results. I want to go the natural way and not use shampoos that"acheive your results". Your help is appreciated. |
theFajita3 | Hello I don't know how to help it get fuller, but I remember a thread from maybe a year ago I started because I thought (under the wrong impression) that cutting your hair on a full moon made it grow longer. But it was politetly pointed out to me that if it's cut on the new moon will help the hair grow longer. ------------------ Namaste! |
FairyStar | I think I remember reading somewhere that trimming on the full moon would help it to get thicker. Can't think of where I read it though. Was it in one of Linda's books? I know the part about the new moon was.

FairyStar | Here's where I read it. http://www.hairboutique.com/tips/tip018.htm |
moondreamer | hi there everyone. Thanx for your tips. I remember reading about The moon phrases and hair cuttings. I think it was in Linda's Star Signs. |
Brett | I've had pretty good luck using an herb called Fo-Ti or Ho Shou Wu. It takes awhile to get results but it DOES happen. I also use MSM which is basically sulfur and is great for your hair, skin and nails. I also try to follow a healthy diet, eating plenty of nuts and fresh fruit. Here's a link discussing Fo-Ti/Ho shou wu: http://www.itmonline.org/arts/hoshouwu.htm. Good luck!!! |
Brett | The link I gave doesn't seem to be working so here's another for you:http://www.doctorajadams.com/HairSavR.html |
