an update on the purple plate...
I didn't notice anything for the first week, no up n mood or energy, and was a bit disappointed!
Then surprised today when I got my period because i realised had barely had any of the usual 2week pmt lead up to the grand event! I felt just a bit flat instead of my usual depressional-im-hopeless-and-grumpy mood swings...haha thats quite unusual for me
Also looking back...I've just recently started going back to the gym, getting fit for the first time in yeaarrs...sometimes running with the purple disk in my pocket but always having it with me at least before and straight after, and realising I've had hardly any muscle pain after working out, NONE at all in my legs (i keep the plate in my trouser pocket) and despite running for 30mins on legs that havent worked that hard in years I havent had any of the usual lactic acid build up one might expect for a newbie...
So is that the purple plate doing any of that or not? Who knows....but I can tell you I love it, am attached to the gorgeous wee bundle of purple and take it with me everywhere I go.
