But the munchies can be so real! I remember going GF in my early 20's. I also ran 3 days a week. I got down to my 120's and sometimes lower. Now eating so much gf, with walks, yoga, cardio, running. I can maintain staying in my 130's.Sometimes I think it's just being in my early 30's for not dropping down to the 120's. But I was reminded that I was also smoking about half a pack a day when I first eating gf and running 3 times a week. Now I usually have a couple cigg smokes within a span of two weeks. I typically run once a week. Yoga, walking, cadrio are probably a little less intense than running 3 times a week.Yesterday I took two gf edibles because I was on my period and had nowhere to be. But yes...now that I mostly buy healthy stuff, and with the bad food cravings...I was sick of it all, and I wanted McDonalds last night.I shook it off and I am eating dates for breakfast like I am able to do most of the time now.
