T O P I C R E V I E WVioletsSeriously! My feet can get kind of sore when I've been working or doing whatever around the house, so I had the brilliant idea to stick my purple disk (the small circular ones that they sell at PurplePlates.com) in my sock. It occurred to me that by positioning it in certain places, it would be resting on a lot of key pressure points in my feet.I was actually pleasantly shocked at how good I felt all day. I switched from one foot to another throughout the day, but it was kind of amazing how much it affected my mood.I often sleep with it next to my bed or around my neck, and I have weird dreams as a result. But I have to say that sticking it in my shoe or sock has proven to be a great idea!I know it sounds odd, but it worked. I hope my disk didn't mind being stuck in my sock all day. I had never thought of it from the Pisces/feet perspective!I do find that when I'm doing a lot of hard work or exercise, it's often my foot muscles and the pressure points there that need attention.Go figure, ha! PlutoSurvivorHa, I was going to ask the same question, Pisces?FYI, to all forum members, you have to be careful with the color purple. It can cause depression. You should be exposed in 15 minute increments throughout the day, not good with constant exposure. Even a piece of paper can provide color therapy. You don't need expensive means to energize you. If you paint your bedroom purple, then after a time you will find depression setting in and not even realize it, so this color is not advised for sleeping at night unless for a brief time with the purpose of opening your 3rd eye and crown to upper realms. It's tricky with all the intricacies of color therapy. We are exposed to colors all day long and are not conscious of how they affect us or how lengthy exposures can be helpful or harmful. Great discovery, though, with the shoes and the color disc, because you explored a new remedy for healing yourself and it worked. RandallI carry two purple plates (original and new one) with me every day (one in each back pocket).VioletsI bought one of the necklaces with hematite, and I always carried my purple disk in my pocket. Now I can't find it, of course. But I have a suspicion it might be hiding somewhere close to my husband's side of the bed, because since I lost it he's been having some stranger-than-average dreams. I notice that if I sleep with it on, that tends to happen. EllynlvxI need to check those guys out, are they very much?
