sVirgo5 | Could anyone please confirm: are they part of red color diet? Red Kidney Beans Black Gram Lentil Yoghurt Butter |
Ayelet | Black does not belong to the red diet. |
sVirgo5 | Thanks, Black Gram out of the diet. |
Randall | I'll look at Star Signs later. |
Randall | Butter is okay. Can't find those other foods listed. Best to be safe and not eat them. |
Ayelet | Well, Linda could not have listed ALL the foods existing... I think the list is mostly O.K. |
Randall | True. |
sVirgo5 | Is coffee totally out? Or I could add milk to it. That change the color.Same way with spices- like black pepper - it is black in color. Aloe Vera Juice - Juice is white. Don't know - is it the color matters, or the original product? |
Ayelet | Coffee is definitely out. Also black spice. Aloe vera - I don't know, it is green, the original colour, isn't? It seems to me that the colour of the original product matters. It won't do colouring the brown of coffee with milk. You get it mixed, that's all. The brown is still there. You need to have it purely the colours of the red diet: Red, orange, yellow, pink, white. |
sVirgo5 | Thanks Ayelet! I am addicted to coffee at work. It is hard, will try to replace with black chocolate. In star signs, I think I read that black chocolate is allowed for plumpies.
|
Ayelet | You're welcome. black chocolate for plumpies? Unlikely, but I will check. Don't have the book with me right now. |
PlutoSurvivor | Nori is red while growing, but turns black or dark green when dried |
PlutoSurvivor | How would you classify Nori seaweed (actually an algae), red or black or dark green? |
sVirgo5 | interesting! |
Randall | I'd love to see someone do a big book on it. |
sVirgo5 | Yes, true! Just like an Independent Astrology thread, may be red-light food, method, etc. only handled by moderators. No other posting. Only we put the foods, which are finalized by discussions/feedback, etc. Thanks! |
Randall | True. But I mean a whole book on just the diet. |
Randall | I heard it's not easy to find the bulbs. |
sVirgo5 | I bought a long time ago online. But what I bought are in storage. So I got it now from Walmart - 60 volts. |
Randall | Colored ones? |
sVirgo5 | Yes, red color. |
Randall | Wow! What about blue ones? |
sVirgo5 | I didn't look for blue. I think most common are red and green. |
Randall | Wow, I had no idea! |
