NYCdodger | Lately I 've been examining my old relationships and how the 12th house has played a role. Out of all the planets, Venus in the 12th house still intrigues me the most. Never cared when the Sun touched it. The moon was pretty annoying in the 12th house (had several of those). But Venus is possibly the most transcending position I can think of. Is it because it is exalted in the 12th? People say the 12th is a bad house. But i really do believe that venus is best there. Jupiter and mars also plays roles there as well. Now best doesn't always mean easy. An aspect like this isn't for flaky people. So what do you guys think? Another question: How does the moon conjunct the 4th house play out in composite? |
LeeLoo2014 | Moon conjunct IC? |
Doux Rêve | Hi NYC, You could find this link useful when it comes to 12th house synastry. And this one for the 12th house in composite. Your description makes a lot of sense to me. --- Re: Moon conjunct IC in composite: I have it with a friend (from here ) and we have similar family backgrounds and emotional experiences overall. There's a sense of familiarity and comfort, easy-going energy. We do have our differences and don't always agree on things (synastry with hard aspects) but that Moon conjunct the IC seems to give us enough common ground for relating to each other. We were also thinking/joking about moving in together sometime to get away from our current places that we both dislike... How symbolic! |

ash20 | In my case venus was the flaky one. He was also the lying one and the cheating one. This overlay truly sucked for me and even my friends and family noticed how bad of a relationship it was so i'm not exaggerating either. My biggest regret was ever meeting this guy. I am very cautious about 12th house synastry now |

It's tough, but 12th house synastry is crucial and very important. For me, venus in the 12th forces you to get rid of superficial ideas of love and relationships. You have to have a level of maturity for that.
