T O P I C R E V I E WPlutonian_Gal8Hey you guys! I need to pick your brains with this one. I've known this guy since we were about 11 y/o, and in recent years we reconnected via social media. I was his childhood crush and to this very day as well. However, we've only spoken on a platonic plane until a few days ago...Funny story though. Of course getting reacquainted a few years back as adults, we had to learn each other again. But there was a huge blow up between us over something SO trivial --> Debating about the pregnancy of Beyonce SMH And, I can't recall anyone else making me seethe like he did, in a debate. We went back and forth and his nonchalant attitude triggered this outrageous temper in me. Even when my argument shut the topic down, he continued ******* me off, just to "win" so to speak. I'm sure you can easily deduce why it was a powder keg, as you glance over our chart. Now, I will say in the past 3 days we started a very nostalgic conversation; bringing up so many memories as kids. This spearheaded some amazing conversations of ALL kinds of things. We can't stop talking until we're beyond exhausted. Long story short, somehow without intention we're both really feeling some amazing vibes. Learning SO much already it's scary how much we have in common. I see some obvious hot spots with "aggression" but I would love some 411 on if it can be a good idea to push it further, maybe. He's on the outside of both charts.HERE'S THE SYNASTRY WITHOUT ASTEROIDS HERE'S THE SYNASTRY WITH ASTEROIDS BTW: I added Bacchus because I've never seen this with any man I've ever dealt with. He has the aspect in his Natal and apparently it touches my Pluto, I think?CeridwenBacchus, while also representative of some rather "drunken" state of mind, also brings to mind the "second chance mate", as he was the one who picked up Ariadne and married her, when she had been departed by her (false) soulmate Theseus. Especially in terms of reconnecting people these might be interesting to investigate to each other. BacchusDionysosAriadne43, 3671, 2063See if something comes up with them. Of course I cannot tell you if you should push this connection further, as this is not anyone else`s place to tell you. But if it feels amazing (though 3 days are not that long time, right?), why not letting it develop slowly and see where it leads. With the Sun-ASC-conjunction there might be a real kinship there. Plutonian_Gal8Ceridwen, thank you dear for the tips and more so the synopsis of Bacchus. I'm getting ready to add the asteroids and read up on them as well.Yeah it feels amazing; it's at the moment simply a strong infatuation so I'm taking it with a grain of salt. All the while, slowly trying to comb through the synastry and even the composite. The composite doesn't look too thrilling right now....I'm admittedly very excited seeing the Sun/Asc aspect. It's a beautiful thing and very new to me.EDIT: His Dionysus sits right on my IC.CeridwenInteresting aspect figure involving both Moons, the Venus-Jupiter-conjunction and Saturn. The Saturn-Moon-square could be quite painful and draining or very binding and committed, sometimes both. with Saturn squares it is always depending on how both people deal with Saturn in general. Do they reject it? Do they welcome it?It definitely is a serious energy. At the same time the Moons in trine is again a nice aspect to have for feeling "on the same wavelength". And there is nothing to complain about a Venus-Jupiter-conjunction either. Good feelings, supportive, maybe a bit overly indulgent of each other, so in this case the SAturn could maybe even add some reasonable control to that. the midpoint axis of that configurations seems to hit your Uranus, and depending on the orbs, that is possibly resulting in a Moon-Uranus- opposition or Moon-Uranus-conjunction in the composite, which can be exciting, thrilling, creative, sparkly, but ultimately needs a bit of space and freedom. With your Saturn being squared to his Moon-Mars-opposition that could in the long run bring a few problems (or be a stabilizing factor). However Saturn in 11th house as ruler of 2nd house, especially in square to Sun, natally, might bring up some concerns about security, values and feeling valued, about if someone feels loved and appreciate enough. Not sure who is in the inner circle, but put someone`s Saturn onto the Moon-Mars-opposition and you get a pressure cooker whose lid is being shut too tightly, hence the pressure will increase internally and explode releasing quite a lot of steam and hissing now and then. Depending on the orb it could be that there is a Saturn-Moon-square natally, which would be a natural fit to the other person`s saturn-Sun-square. Now natural fit does not mean this is going to go smoothly ever! While there is a strong resonance, it will also bring those issues surrounding a Saturnian vibe on the luminaries to the foreground and this has to be adressed. You gotta find a way to use your Saturns effectively, or it will smother everything that is potentially lively and good and affectionate between you. If you find a way to use this Saturn effectively though, it can add tremendous loyalty and lastingness to a relationship. Ceridwenany aspects between Ariadne and Dionysos or Bacchus?BTW did you change the orbs on astro.com?Plutonian_Gal8Hey CeridwenI'm on the inner and yes I'm embedding my Saturn right there with that Moon-Mars Opp. I can truly see me blowing my lid with him. However, I love the Saturn energy and have reasonably been effective with handling it. There's a heavy water/earth with my chart and he brings the air/fire, but in a unique kind of way. There are great aspects with his chart to my Sun/Moon. I'm intrigued enough to tip-toe with it. We definitely have the Moon-Uranus opposition going for the composite chart. And honestly, I may be comfortable with Saturn energy but I'm taking the red flag serious with his Moon-Mars opposition. He's clearly a kid at heart and I know how I am when it's time to get "serious" and I'm raging against someone with bustling energy to gain my idea of focus. Which is why I appreciate your response, because I frankly prefer another person to lay something out cut and dry. If I've never experienced the energy before, besides the textbook info, I like to hear opinions/feedback amongst LL. Double whammy Moon 8H is another brand new experience for me. I'm comfortable with 8H energy, but how he handles it remains to be seen.Bacchus, Dionysus and AriadneThese asteroids make no contact with one another nor cross-aspects between our planets with the exception of Bacchus. His Bacchus con My Pluto 1.11My Bacchus con His Mercury 2.07And of course Dionysus on my ICYou mentioned if I changed the orbs on astro.com. I don't know what that means. If I should, can you explain that a little pls.AubyanneIf it feels sudden, look at the progressions, too. See what might be temporary.Plutonian_Gal8First time that I've ever, formed a Grand Trine with someone. Mmm!.....athenegoddessBe careful with Venus Square Pluto. Big No to me.Plutonian_Gal8Interesting you mention this one, I'm reading up on it right this very minute just prior to checking back here...lil eerie...Experience? quote:Originally posted by athenegoddess:Be careful with Venus Square Pluto. Big No to me.OdetteI like everything about the synastry - other than the fact that your Mercury in Capricorn is entirely un-aspected.Over time your Mercury might start feeling lonely. There are many positive aspects to consider: the Sun/Mars conjunction (very attractive), the Jupiter/Venus conjunction (fun and friendly!), the Sun/AC conjunction (real appreciation of each other on the inside and the outside), Chiron/NN conjunction (a connection with healing potential), Moon trine Moon (emotional understanding). Then there are some negative aspects that imo - will be mostly neutral and wouldn't cause a break-up... like the Sun/Mars square (occasional heated arguments), the Moon/Mars and Mars/Mars aspects.. and the Moon/Venus square -- all indicative of sexual attraction as well as occasional friction. The reason I think they're 'neutral' is because you have such lighthearted, and very compatible, Sun signs. Aquarius and Sagittarius are the signs most likely to "let it go" after an argument - and make-up the next day. So the occasional friction will probably add spice, rather than lead to the 'end' of the relationship. I'm also not worried about the Venus/Pluto square since he has this in his own chart, by a closer orb. I have the Venus/Pluto opposition in my chart and I definitely do not experience this aspect with every guy in my generation (or born around the same year) who has his Pluto opposite my Venus. The square aspect would have to be closer to be strongly felt. But going back to the un-aspected Mercury... My parents have this in their syanstry - and I believe a big part of the reason for they divorce was the fact that my mum's Mercury was un-aspected. She felt after some time that my dad was not really communicating with her and not taking her opinion into account. So yeah - the only thing I would worry about is that... after some time you'll begin to feel unheard and communication might break down. I will say that, he's SO over enthusiastic about me that I know for a fact if I enforce my thought, he'll listen.
