T O P I C R E V I E WPlut0nian2Hi, I'd like like your opinions about this synastry.. I don't like some aspects like my Saturn opposited to his Moon, as well as I don't like most of the house placements. How does this synastry look to you? It's a guy we met online and talked for a couple of years. It was a platonic relationship. He eventually got disappointed because he wanted our relationship to get real. I couldn't do that so we haven't spoke to each other for about 6 months. Here Is Our Synastry Chart (me being the blue/inside circle and him the red/ outside circle) HERE ARE OUR PLANETS AND HOUSE PLACEMENTS (me Cancer Sun and ASC) AND HERE ARE OUR SYNASTRY ASPECTS (his planets on the left and mines on the right of each aspect) Plut0nian2 ??LeeLoo2014Moon opp Saturn is not bad, it replicates the zodiac. This synastry looks good for friendship to me.------------------ I seem to have loved you in numberless forms... LeeLoo's EsotericornerConnect for updatesPlut0nian2Thank you but why not romantic relationship? What's missing?starmooni think - perhaps - mercury square moon would lead to the no-talking between you. moon sq. mercury is almost as tough to deal with a mercury sq. mercury because communication doesn't flow easily and there are hurt feelings quite a lot. the synastry is so-so. the overlays aren't that bad, at least several fall into the 1st and 5th, which usually indicates some romantic interest in the other person. but the glaring moon opp. saturn and sun opp. venus/saturn isn't very encouraging, it rather takes away from the positive aspects. and your moon signs are highly incompatible - leo and pisces aren't natural moon partners without many other supporting aspects. i think both you, and he, could probably find much better matches. maybe just be friendly if the chance presents itself again?Plut0nian2Thanks for your replyOur communication was nice overall, but there were a few misunderstandings.Plut0nian2Any other opinions?foreplayerNice venus-mars aspects there. but i think problems may start with saturn opposite moon and square mars... you're gonna really 'test' him, plus those neptune aspect to your mars/sun would drive him up the wall in times of stress, because he likes you a lot but when you frustrate him (which can go both ways) that ideal image he has of you cracks and that will annoy him because he wants to keep you dreamy and fantacy-like etcbut you do have venus/mars in his 7th which would explain why he wants the relationship to be 'real' because he thinks it is as real as romance could be. (mind you i looked at the chart for 5 mins)Lotis WhiteWell the house overlays are quite romantic. His Sun, Mercury, Mars, and Pluto are in Scorpio in your 5th house (the 5th house is the house of romantic sparks, flirting, and courtship). While your Cancer Sun is in his 5th house conjunct his Jupiter. Despite the Saturn/Moon thing, this is a very fun, uplifting aspect. Your Cancer Asc is in his 5th house too.You have Capricorn Dsc and he has Venus, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune all in this sign. Not actually in your 7th house but theirs a match by sign. The 7th house is about commitment, partnership, and affection. His Aqua Asc is your 8th house of privacy and intimacy. From his side your Leo Venus and Mars sit actually in his 7th house. This indicates for me that the two of you would find each others personality attractive, which indicates the possibility of romantic attraction. Attraction is not the same as compatibility though. Compatibility is shown by the synastry interaspects. The synastry is so so. There are some really nice aspects like Sun trine Mercury, Mars trine Sun, Venus conjunct Uranus, and Jupiter conjunct Sun. But then there are some challenging aspects like your Saturn opp his Moon, and his Saturn/Neptune opp your Sun. Your also share a Moon/Moon quincunx which indicates some confusion and mixed messages on an emotional level. Then there's the fact that your Leo Venus and Mars are not aspected by him at all except for a wide square to his Sun. So even though you'd like his personality, eventually you'd start to feel like your 'love nature' has nowhere to express itself around him. I think you'd be well suited to someone with planets in Air or Fire in tight aspect to your Venus/Mars conjunct in Leo. That energy needs somewhere to go. Plut0nian2Thanks both of you, foreplay and Lotis White I enjoyed reading your replies.I find our synastry so so like Lotis White said but I think our composite is good (not that I understand much about it but I like planetary signs, aspects and house overlays) What's your opinion about the Composite chart? What would happen with a so so synastry and a nice composite in real life?Lotis White quote:Originally posted by Lotis White:Then there's the fact that your Leo Venus and Mars are not aspected by him at all except for a wide square to his Sun. The fact that he has a Leo Moon and Aqua ASC isn't helping my Venus and Mars? Plut0nian2This is our composite I thought I've already posted but I was wrong Lotis White quote:Originally posted by Plut0nian2:What would happen with a so so synastry and a nice composite in real life? The composite has that nice Sun/Moon trine in it which can constitute a strong harmonious emotional connection. However, neither Venus or Mars in the composite is strongly aspected so my intuition is that it doesn’t make up for the lack in synastry. On closer inspection your Venus is about two and a half degrees away form a square to his Sun which activates your Venus with a challenging aspect, but the connection to Mars is over 4 degrees away and not strong enough. The my feeling is that you’d need a planet more tightly aspecting the Venus/Mars conjunction between 21 and 23 degrees of a sign to really get the best results. Or maybe 20 to 24 degrees. quote:Originally posted by Plut0nian2: Very interesting! The fact that he has a Leo Moon and Aqua ASC isn't helping my Venus and Mars?? Not really. Because when you look at the actual degrees of the planets they are not in close enough aspect to your Venus/Mars to have the best impact. Mars is over 4 degrees away from his Dsc, and Venus is even further away then that. Your Venus/Mars in Leo in his 7th house will attract him to your personality on a symbolic level though. quote:Originally posted by Plut0nian2: I have met many men.. I don't like air and fire signs at all.. the weird and quite scary thing is I fall in love with men born between 15 to 18 November 1989..I don't know what's happening with those men.. I am drawing them and I am drawn to them like magnets.. I feel like I can't get enough of them even if we talked to each other 24 hours a day every day.. I am trying to understand why.. Their moon signs are different so it has nothing to do with the Moon.. The first thing I thought of was the Venus - Uranus conjunction.. But I've met other guys with Venus in Capricorn..I may got excited at first but after a week or two I got bored.. So it's not the Venus - Uranus conjunction either..Anyway Sorry for my EnglishWhen I said find someone with a Fire or Air planet that makes nice aspects to your Venus/Mars conjunction, I didn’t mean that his Sun sign had to do this. His Sun, Moon, and other planets, could be anywhere. All you need is ONE planet, Mars would be a good choice, in Fire or Air making a nice aspect to Venus/Mars. Based on your chart a trine from Mars in Aries, Mars in Leo, or even an opposition from Mars in Aqua would be a good choice. Aqua is your 8th house sign, and because of your Cap Dsc (Cap rules the 10th house), the 10th house is your secondary 7th house. Most of the sign Aries sits in your 10th. A conjunction in Leo would reinforces your personal love expression, as Venus and Mars show how we express in a romantic context. Alternatively, if you really want feminine signs, you could go for a Scorpio planet in really tight square to your Venus/Mars. I'm talking close aspects here, hopefully within two degrees of your Venus/Mars. You have Scorpio on the 5th house and Capricorn on the 7th, and Aquarius on the 8th . The 7th house ruler Saturn again is in Aquarius, and the 8th and 5th house rulers are Uranus in Capricorn and Pluto in Scorpio (So these signs show again). Also, Mars in Leo co-rules your 5th. My guess is on a personality level you are really attracted to Scorpio, Cap, Aqua, and Leo combos in men’s charts. Scorpio is emphasized though, and here’s why… Mars in a women’s chart shows the type of behavior she is attracted to on a guy… Your Mars is in Leo, and Leo rules the 5th house… And yes, your 5th house falls on the sign SCORPIO. So the sign Scorpio for you has a link not just to your 5th house taste and experience (romance, flirting, courtship) but also to your Mars preferences in male behavior. You might keep going for Scorpios in 1989 because many of them have Sun, Mars, Pluto, and Mercury all in Scorpio (Mercury is sometimes in Sag though), and they are pretty close to you in age. That doesn’t mean you couldn’t find a suitable Scorpio from a different year who connects better with your Venus/Mars. Or even someone who is not a Sun sign Scorpio but has a lot of Scorpio elsewhere in their chart. Ultimately you can only decide what’s best for you.Plut0nian2Lotis White Yes, me being attracted to Scorpio, Cap and Aqua combos in men's chart is accurate.Thank you
