T O P I C R E V I E WCeridwengetting married just a month after his solar arc venus was exact conjunct his natal Sun. That is such a plain simple straightforward typical direction to have, makes me wonder why even try to check anything else but the flat out exact solar arcs and progressions and transits? Ceridwenand pr Moon conjunct pr DESC, so the progressed Moon seems to be REALLY a good timer. I have another example, where a man got married with pr Moon conjunct n ASC (and some other stuff ofcourse). OrangeIts a pretty amazing arc, it doesn't always end up in a marriage but spells big love and lust. The last celebrity I checked that had this aspect was Kim K. - she had a SA Sun on her natal Venus when she met Kanye and gave birth to her baby. I'm going to have this arc next year. My SA Sun, DSC and Node are arching to conjunct my natal Venus. The sa DSC is already in orb. Will see...CeridwenI am out of it, sadly. I was having sa Sun on my natal Venus at the age of 10. Funny enough Mr Sag had sa Sun on his natal Venus exact, when he met me. And when I say exact I mean, precise. 0.00 orb. Which was just in play for 5 days, and we met on the 3rd day of that time frame. Well I am having now sa Venus conjunct natal Moon, which does not seem too shabby (though no Sun-Venus-arc) - but this was already exact in march, and is now separating (since there is always an orb allowed, the timespan still goes until august I think). But Venus rules not only my 5th but also my 6th and 10th house, and meets my Moon in my 2nd house (Moon ruling the 8th). So might be about my job and also the changed status/ promotion. And of course with Venus natally in 1st house, it brings the physical change into memory as well. Interestinlgy enough when I met Mr Sag my pr Venus was conjunct my Moon, so it is sort of a repeated scenario, exchanging the progression for solar arc. Nevertheless still no Sun-Venus. lolOf course there is a bit of that in the tertiary progressions further down the line. My tp Moon will also hit my natal ASC before too long and that might actually be an interesting transition, as the tp Moon is considered a trigger for all the background action (along with transits). CeridwenYou are having quite prominent love arcs then. I bet you are going to get married. or havinga child. Actually I just made an overview about my current progressed/directed chart for june. inlcuding also solar arcs to midpoints (within 10 minutes of orb)sa VEnus conjunct Moon 0°14 ssa NN conjunct Antivertex 0°08 asa ASC = Uranus/MC 0°06 ssa Neptune = Moon/Mercury 0°06 ssa NN = Sun/Moon 0°08asa Sun = Mars/Pluto 0°02 ssa Venus= Sun/Pluto 0°09 asa Pluto = Venus/MC 0°16 a (peak: september)sa Saturn = Mercury/Uranus 0°01 asa Moon = Saturn/Neptune 0°07 a - ouchie. lolwell I still havepr Moon opposite pr Sun 1°32 sAnd for the tertiary progression for 12th june: tp Moon conjunct tp Vertex 0°11 tp Moon conjunct n NN 0°34tp Moon square n Jupiter 0°28 atp Moon conjunct n Neptune 0°47 sStrange stuff. And having nothing to do with Ian`s chart. lolOrangeCeri, SA Venus on Moon is very sweet. Too bad you didnt have a sweetie at that time, it would have enhanced the feelings. Sun, as you know, rules naturally the 5th house of love and sex, hence the Sun-Venus is considered a love/lust arc. Moon rules the 4th, so it's sweet and lovely, and familiar, feels like home. Ceridwenyes it does feel like it. And it is not over yet. at least In oticed that most often solar arcs are really more indicative of a time period than being that spotlight in terms of exact activation as the tertiary progression most certainly is, as well as the secondary progressed Moon. But oh well, even now it felt rather sweetish I suppose. (and uncomfortably intense in other ways, too, well Moon is ruler ofmy 8th after all.)AubyanneOH!Ceri! So, about a year ago, I told the kiddo's mom that she'd be getting married 'at 55'. She was extremely sceptical. Nope. That ship's sailed. So then I looked at her SR ... Yep. It's gonna be this year. To which she said, 'nope!'This Valentine's Day ... (her birthday is early Feb) she receives this gorgeous set of rings from her now fiance, from France, no less, and is asked to select one. (They're mostly all 18th-19th century.) She says she's not sure which finger to select for, as they're different sizes, of course. 'Maybe the right middle? I am a professional woman, after all.' He says, 'I was thinking the left ring finger.' And she looks at him, as it HITS.And now they're getting married.BOOM!I just smiled. She's conveniently forgotten my prediction. Ah, well. Thought you'd find that cool.CeridwenThat`s MEGA cool What in the Solar Return made you think she is getting married? athenegoddessIts my number one astro secret. CeridwenIt is not always the love-of-life-progression (depending on situation and age of the person), but it really hits and fits, when it does. CeridwenDamn it, why did I have to have it so early in life? Though it will come up in my converse progressions. problem is I don`t even know how I feel about converse progressions, but for all its worth I am going to have (only the peaks)c-sa Moon conjunct n Venus: june 15c-pr Moon conjunct c-prMC: july 15c-pr MOon conjunct n Vertex: september 17c-pr Sun conjunct c-pr Venus: september 17on 13°44 Scorpio, which is interesting as my prenatal inferior Venus-Sun-conjunction (or Venus star point) actually falls on 13 Scorpio.teaselThe SA Sun progressed to my Moon, Venus and SN, didn't bring anything for me. Well, one guy over the internet, who didn't know me, decided that he had feelings for me, but he wasn't right for me, and I wasn't attracted to him. I was also feeling so messed up from other happenings, and maybe transits, that I might have missed out on someone else. At the time, my sister was engaged, and got married. athenegoddessFor me it is always love of life progression. Every chart I have checked has never failed. It doesn't mean the relationship lasts, but the person is the love of life.teasel quote:Originally posted by athenegoddess:For me it is always love of life progression.
