T O P I C R E V I E Wmooninaries94I've a south node conjunction with both my parents Saturn in Taurus. We have a difficult relationship. Would like to hear from other people with this aspect, how do you deal with this restrictive energy that pulls you back ? KoniuchaMy daughter has south node conjunct Saturn in her chart. Interestingly, she also has north node conjunct her moon.I'm not sure it this would be similar, since you are talking about synastry. manderinSince the SN has a draining affect, in synastry it is said to be good when it conjuncts a malefic like mars or Saturn. Saturn is restrictive and Karmic and the South Node and will often drain the restriction and Karma out of Saturn which is good. Perhaps if your Saturn is in a good position the draining affect is not good, but I dunno for sure.I'm not speaking from personal experience. This is just what I've read about the conjunction in synastry. Note: I had a difficult relationship with my parents as well- especially my father who's Saturn squared my stellium. The therapist that came into my life to help me resolve issues stemming from my father just so happens to have her south node conjunct my saturn! It's too early to tell if the therapy will work for me, but she definitely has an interest in helping me face and resolve my issues (karma).toddAstrologically, you need to accept that you are meant to take many small steps to your goal. You might read about Saturn. Instead of resisting the affects of Saturn, embrace your restrictions. Find the behavior or attitude to see Saturn is making you stronger... that is if you remain undaunted life's direction. The big psychological decision is to restrain your ego. To find the correct direction, you can't be prey to aegotistic reactions rahu
