T O P I C R E V I E WStarry~*Hi todd, I know you've had a chance to look at this composite before between myself and someone. You are right and correct. I would like to know your final take on this composite chart and if yesterday was really the cut off point for the both of us to finally stop this ambiguous on/off situation. Thanks RandallBump!toddWhenever a composite has a intensely attractive aspect pattern and a deeply despondent aspects, the relationship usually is on and off. Mars at MC square psyche shows a very romantic connection. The venus/mercury conjunction trine to the moon shows the affection and the open and joyous mental connection. Uranus on the ascendant brings intensity and often a astral/psychic connection. But Uranus brings instability and with Venus and mercury in the 12th house the relationship might not be totally public. But all these attractive aspects are countered by the sun/pluto/saturn srellium which shows emotional inhibition and cold and distant emotional states at times. The psyche/eros midpoint is conjunct union so there was a idealistic romantic hope for a long-term hookup.this feeling was also elicited by Jupiter trine Pluto sun and Saturn and opposed to Neptune and Eros. I problem here is that the mars/venus midpoint is square to Jupiter and Neptune. This is often a sign of infidelity and/or hidden agendas. Whether the relationship is finally over really depends on you. I don't think it has the makings of a committed relationship so as long as you accept his leaving and coming back, the relationship will continue. My take is that you are more into him than he is for you. And it looks like a backdoor or hidden relationship anyway. ToddStarry~*Thanks todd Starry~*I am curious on how you would interpret the below composite chart. It was a relationship of mine but I am wondering what do you think the dynamics were and why or how it came to an end. Thanks for your help, I think you are doing great work toddthis composite doesn't strike me as overly romantic and in fact it seems to be more associated with your profession or workplace. it could be that you worked on something together. this is a favorable aspects for business ventures but not so much for love.with juno and Jupiter involved ,it maybe that this was once a engagement for marriage as legal resolution is marked in this compositethe vertex is opposed to mercury and the sun, so the initial attractions seems to be between your minds. This aspect shows a strong mental connection.the sun/moon midpoint is square to Saturn which again is more about stability than affection. this could show he was a bit older than you.the moon/Saturn midpoint is conjunct the south node, so there might have been a feeling of devotion and loyalty in the beginning. so you might have stayed with him longer than you should of due to your feelings of devotion.this is especially so because amore was square to the vertex, giving, what turned out to be ,the illusion on of lovethe mars/venus midpoint is conjunct to pluto, so initially the sexual connection was overwhelming and gave you feelings of security . but as the lack of emotional intimacy did not follow the intense sexual connection, you likely just lost interest in sex and this could have turned into a platonic relationship before it ended.toddtodd quote:Originally posted by todd:Whenever a composite has a intensely attractive aspect pattern and a deeply despondent aspects, the relationship usually is on and off. As for the 2nd composite chart I've showed you - yes we did marry due to legal issues (so we can be together) after 8 yrs but ultimately divorced. He did love me more wholeheartedly, and we did not meet at a workplace. We met online over a game, he is not older, we're the same age. In fact, it was a very uranian themed relationship due to the fact that we had gaming in common and when we finally lived together, he traveled a lot in very erratic time frames. We are also from very different backgrounds, different parts of the world and we had a very unusual relationship in the eyes of friends/family due to the nature of it: 4 years long distant and most bonding was online. The later 4 years were the years where we moved in together HOWEVER, was still erratic due to our moving around PLUS his erratic work schedule. We did have a platonic relationship but that isn't something bad at all as I believe the main basis for a good relationship requires the ability for two lovers to first be friends. I must say though, the friendship aspect between us was what kept us together for a very long time. As for sex, it did die down for a while, but still kept going on for human necessity. However, there was a period where there was hardly any by him and it seemed like he lost interest and we did have an argument about it. Afterwards it sort of straightened itself out but after so many years together one cannot assume that the intimacy always be in the honeymoon phase.Starry~* quote:Originally posted by todd: but there are some interesting implies here. Uranus is square to Fortuna and Karma. He is quite a perceptive human being and has the sensitivity to do so.So far I must say that the Uranus on composite ASC has given this experience a very rocky start with the on/off. The venus/merc in 12th house composite would seem like a secret affair but not so much anymore since a few days ago he showed a few photos to family, friends and briefly spoke about dating me, with me being in the room. The relationship is important in its own way, yes you are correct. But at this point neither him or I can point to exactly how or why. As for me, I can always try to have astrology explain. From what I've gathered from iQ and others like yourself on here, it seems like karma. If it helps to further your interpretation of the first chart: My first name asteroid is on 17 Virgo and his first name asteroid is on 7 Aries.Starry~*Bump for Toddtodd quote:Originally posted by Starry~*: Hi Todd.As for the first composite you examined - Yes, you are correct. Thanks

but there are some interesting implies here.
Uranus is square to karma and fortuna?(cant see it clearly).
then the south node is conjunct union with union conjunct to angel and psyche with these square to mars.

your asteroid is conjunct to midheavne which would suggest that the relationship revolves around you. but interestingly the midpoint of your asteroids is opposed to Neptune and conjunct Jupiter.
