IGSaint | This person I know, I am intensely attracted to but it's not just attraction I feel. I feel like this person is the one who I to be with over anyone else. The feelings I have with this person, I have with no other person. Is this just attraction or could she be my soul mate? Here is the synastry chart. Here is the composite chart |
IGSaint | I don't know how to get the images to post so here are the links. This is the synastry. http://imgur.com/8GHcxId This is the composite. http://imgur.com/a/qURuO Please if you can help it would be greatly appreciated. |
Aries23Degrees | Venus opposite Mercury Mars square Sun/Moon Saturn sqaure Sun/Moon Jupiter opposite Mercury Ac opposite Sun/Moon There are some tight aspects with personal points and this is usually indicative of someone who may feel very "personal" to you.I see Mars/Moon aspects(especially hard tight ones)as very invigorating/irritating. Either way they do make their presence felt. The Jupiter/Mercury,Venus/Mercury opposition will make the person very interesting or keep the people interested in each other from more than just a "physical" point of view. Friendship can happen here also. Saturn aspects to Sun/Moon may have things feel very serious. Like the coming together has a certain "end" or purpose. A very difficult aspect to shake off or take lightly. Ascendant opposite Moon/Sun has a certain familiarity to it. Like the person is not 'new' to you and that it feels natural to be close to them etc. If they are "the one", that only you can tell. But the aspects do suggest a rather significant interaction between you two.

LaceyLeigh | Are you the first or second person? |

You can do so by pasting the actual image URL between image tags like this: [IMG]<url>[/IMG]. |
Elysia | Synastry: Could you post the synastry bi-wheel please? That's easier to interpret. Composite: |

Thank you for the feedback. This person does feel very significant for me. Almost a bit of an obssession but I'm guessing that's the venus pluto aspect or is it too wide?

Not sure which chart you're referring to but it's my Mars squaring their moon and sun in synastry. |
IGSaint | I want to ask. Is there any soul mate aspects between our charts? |

todd | Hi IGSaint it does shows a very intense astral/psychic connection with the Uranus/chiron opposition square the nodal axis. this gives a strong psychic. astral connection which can show up as being able to read each others minds, having very similar opinions on most issues and it can also show that you have common dreams with each other. the moon is square to venus and the moon is trine to Neptune and Jupiter so there is a very sensitive emotional/physical attraction between you with feelings that a serious relationship is possible . Saturn conjunct to Uranus tends to show a back and forth relationship with a hesitation on his part. todd |

Thank you. I am happy to have people give their opinion on what they see between us.

IGSaint | I know this topic has been dead for a little but could anyone add how they think this relationship will play out between us? I know we have some gnarly aspects between us especially in the synastry with saturn and mars. Is there anything to save it? And next question, does the composite override the negative aspects of the synastry in the long term? |
Voix_de_la_Mer | For your second question, the composite is meaningless if you have not first established a relationship. Consider the synastry as the gatekeeper to the composite. However, not everyone will choose to have a relationship with one another. Synastry shows the interchange of energies between you. If you and the other decide to be together, then there is a reason to analyse composite. Until you are in an established relationship with the other, the composite is pretty much dormant as it is the chart of the "relationship" in concrete terms, it reflects an actual relationship, but only if one actually exists in real life. I don't think the composite override synastry, only learning to work with the challenges in synastry can overcome them IMO. I give far more weight to synastry than composite for this reason, you have far more to work with when figuring out how to interact with someone. But this is just my opinion. Hope this helps. |

For your second question, the composite is meaningless if you have not first established a relationship this is ridiculous statement though many books say this. composite energies exist between any people whether they have establishes a relationship or not. obviously you are simply parroting what you have read because if you used composite you would find out this is sumply a inaccurate statement. todd |
Sylven | Yeah and one of the things that proove this is the transits to points in the composite when the two interact for the first time. Also, time is an illusion. Somewhere else in 'time' this relationship already exsists. |

Todd, I know you like midpoints, but let's try to be respectful here. I usually make no secret of the fact that I am a student of astrology, for this reason I don't have a vested interest in reading charts in a particular way. Yes, I have read this (who hasn't read anything about astrology), however, throughout my learning I have struggled to interpret composite charts when there is no established relationship - this is my personal experience with personal relationships. It is a relationship chart, but is it really? Sure, you can cast it (so it "exists"), but how can you truly understand it if no relationship is established? Against which reference do you read the chart? Is a midpoint somehow a "relationship" between two Suns, two Moons, etc? That makes no sense to me. A midpoint is a point of neutrality or centre between two planets - I wouldn't call that a "relationship", it is simply being on the fence between two planets. A point where the energies have equal power as measured by distance only. What does that actually tell us about each planet? Or each person? Perhaps I have far more learning, but it currently makes little sense to me. Contrary to your assumption, I have actually thought about this. Perhaps I should have been clearer in my post that this was simply my opinion. ETA: I don't want to derail the OP's thread any further, however, this would be a good topic to discuss in Astro 2.0. if anyone wishes to.
