ChildofVenus | I have this aspect with someone in synastry but the orb is '-8°07s. Is this aspect too wide to even consider? |
Beautiful_Light | It's a bit wide and Saturn is slow moving, so I wouldn't consider this aspect to be a major factor. |
Iridia | I wouldn't consider it. |
girlwiththerainysoul | no it's not wide, with the lights (sun and moon), it can be felt up to 12 degrees |

This is what I thought but I wasn't sure. |
Randall | Bump! |
ChildofVenus | @ girlwiththerainysoul the Sun and Moon are luminaries? |
crystal_clear | I have this and what you feel depends who you are in that relationship. I have this with my bf of 12 years. It holds us together but the thing is - it's not always good to stick together no matter what. I came to a conclusion that I should have finished it long time ago. I this case I am Saturn, he is Sun and he feels like I am holding him back. At the same time his node is on my Sun and I have the same feeling. It's a horror. For our Saturn-Sun aspect it's over 7 degrees and you can definitely feel it. Not from the beginningbut over time yes. |
Snow Dragon | I am experiencing my Saturn and Uranus exact square to someone's Sun. And I have to honestly say I want the person to disappear and I have never met someone who made me feel so unloving. |

It really depends on the other aspects in synastry. You can have a lot of nice aspects and then Saturn square Sun can be very bonding and giving stability. Plus of course you always start with the analysis of natal chart. Sun square Uranus is more about sudden attraction and a lot of instability in relationship.

I am the Saturn person but what exactly do you mean by holding you back? In what way?

How does the Sun person make you feel unloving? I thought usually the Saturn person cares the most. |
ChildofVenus | So if the planet person has a Saturn/Sun aspect in their natal chart. It might be easier for them to handle the Saturn square Sun aspect in synastry? The person has Saturn quintile Sun in their natal chart. |

Sounds harsh but that's the feelings he arouses. I want him to die because he chooses me over his own self. And His Sun is in Pisces and he tries to control me spiritually and My Saturn/Uranus is in freedom loving Sagittarius and I just want him to leave me alone.
You want him to die because he chooses you over himself? Isn't this a good thing? I mean when someone puts another person before themselves? That's being selfless. This seems to be the opposite usually it's the Sun person who feels this way about the Saturn person.

Snow Dragon | The thing is I don't want to be with him. My Saturn in Sagittarius wants to be alone and single and he thinks he owns me. |

I have Saturn in Sagittarius so I understand I don't like being controlled either. |
Randall | Me, too. |
