T O P I C R E V I E WStoneMoonI know we discuss this, but....I have a new synastry with someone. It looks powerful, but I don't have his birth time. I don't see huge Saturn, so who knows if it will last. What we do have is Saturn opposite Sun, but at 8 degrees and out of sign. In other words, my Saturn at 29 Leo, his Sun at 7 Pisces. His moon ranges from 8Virgo to 28 Virgo, so it's still possible there is a wide out of sign conjunction there as well. His Sun trines my Uranus exact, but only a wide sextile to my Venus (3degrees). In composite, regardless of his birth time, we have Saturn square nodes. I mention the Saturn aspects more for an overall picture than anything else. Once I get his time of birth I can truly do my research, but I truly appreciate your thoughts here. We tend to have more out of sign aspects than I usually see. GalacticCoreExplosionV2 Ime, orbs are less important in synastry. It is more about the Sign energies interacting in a general sense. For example, one could have Taurus Sun at 10 degrees, and the other person have Taurus or Scorpio Moon at 25 degrees. You best believe both people will feel that interaction of those same or opposite Signs even if they are not within orb range. They are reacting to the general aura and vibratory patterns that correlate to this or that Sign being highlighted individually. Put it this way. Say Taurus Sun means on a different level, that you will tend to have a certain amount of say a deep rose red and/or brown in your aura, and say having Scorpio Moon means you will tend to have a certain amount of aubergine in the aura. It is those vibratory patterns that are what is actually interacting, not symbolic points in space/time. That's just a reference and perspective to understand what is going on at a deeper and more fundamental level. Its like going from looking at things through a relativity/Einsteinian perspective, to a Quantum physics perspective. One is looking at the outside, and one is looking at the deeper, fundamental inside. When the aspects are within orb, and especially when close, then it will be felt more intensely. But it is still felt nonetheless otherwise. This is especially true for aspects that involve whole Signs. Meaning aspects that can be divided from 1/12 to 12/12. Or in other words, for an example, Aries to Aries, Taurus, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Libra, Scorpio, Sag, Cap, Aqua, or Pisces. For minor aspects that go outside of that Sign to Sign relationship, then yes, pay attention to orbs, and tighten them up. But these will be sub and subtle notes compared to the above type of apsects. RandallBump!StoneMoonThank you GCE! I will admit the first time I read this it went right over my head. Thank you Randall for bumping it, bcs re-reading it now I understand. AmberMoonI was wondering this just today about our Mars-Angle DW situation! My love interest’s Mars is conjunct my ASC with a 7 degree orb. Also, my Mars is conjunct his DSC with an 8 deg orb. Would this still be felt or is 7-8 degrees too wide for the ASC-DSC?StoneMoonAmberMoon, I feel like you would still feel the wide conjunction, just subdued. But as it is a DW, I think you will feel it more. GalacticCoreExplosionV2 Hi StoneMoon, you're welcome. AmberMoon quote:Originally posted by StoneMoon:AmberMoon, I feel like you would still feel the wide conjunction, just subdued. But as it is a DW, I think you will feel it more. Um yes, I can safely say it’s definitely felt. It’s impossible for us to keep our hands to ourselves even though we NEED TO. StoneMoonHaha!!! I have had a man’s Mars on my ASC a few times and I love it! I can’t imaging it DW! Though I currently have a DW Moon Mars conjunction and I feel the physicality of that one too!MonteCristoMans Mars on my AC is ridiculous. Just ridiculous lol *sparks everywhere*GalacticCoreExplosionV2Edited: nm. StoneMoonI can imagine! I don’t think I’ve ever had my Mars conjunct a mans ASC but my Mars did sextile one and I highly appreciated him! But we also had moon trine Mars.Right now I have Mars moon DW, conjunct both ways. And we both have moon trine Mars in natal so that means we also have moon trine moon and Mars trine Mars. Nothing has happened yet but look out world when it does!RandallBump!Kannon McAfeeI only use 5.5° orb between planets (4° for sextiles, 2° for quincunxes) in synastry. Between luminaries around 7°.------------------Join me at Health Positive? my newsletter on substack: http://healthpositive.substack.com/
