T O P I C R E V I E WloeI have to admit that I m doubting sometimes as well, if physical immortality really is a reality. But of course it is! Like Linda mentioned in Star signs, if physical immortality isn t a reality, then her friend would never get the parking spot every time she ordained it from her higher self. And the same is true for me, every time I find something i lost using Lindas mantra, and it ALWAYS works. It s all connected.People think that I m 20 years young, unless they have a conversation with me, then they could put it up to 24. In reality I m 27, so it s not such a big thing, but anyway. I m completely welcoming my maturity process, but to age and get weak, no way! It s not for me.RandallOnce I open my mouth, people see me as older than I want to project. I need to learn to keep my mouth shut and act stupid. No offense to the young ones here. ------------------"There is no use trying," said Alice; "one can't believe impossible things." I am also aged 27 chronilogically, but since reading 'Star Signs' and practicing the golden rules, I have had several instances of people assuming that I'm a school girl, and I love it and because I'm really beautiful I am so grateful and honoured to have discovered this information in this body. Also a great tip is to drink red grape juice everyday - it works to rejuvenate on a cellular level and it manifests physically giving you abundant energy and clearer skin. Of course exercise and diet are important.LOL loeyes and fasting, it s really rejuvenating, for your mind and body. I havn t seen something more efficient than fasting to stay young. And keep your weight down, it s really important, but in a healthy way.RubinaHi Loe, its funny you should say that about fasting as today I've started my first fast! I have always wanted to do it but have procrastinated for too long as I love food, albeit good healthy food. Today its red grape juice only. Can you tell me is this enough and how long should I do it for. Also your name suggests that you are a Leo, are you?loeHi Rubina!I m not a leo, I m a taurus, hope it doesn t disapoint you.It s really great that you start a fast. GOOD LUCK! I think it s enough with a one day fast for you, if it s the first time. Then you can train yourself to do it for longer and longer periods. fasting can be very hard if you are not used to it. later on you can even do a one day water fast, and gradualy increase the lenght of yor fast.let me know how it went.loeSorry for my english writing, as it s not my mother language.Randall ------------------"There is no use trying," said Alice; "one can't believe impossible things." I think that each sign has its own magic plus there are many more aspects making us who we are. In saying that, I'm a Leo and I love it (just realised that Leo & Love Lexigram). But everyone I have asked of different signs thinks their sign is pretty cool, you like yours? you are a Monkey in the Chinese zodiac which is groovy. The fasting went well on wednesday, I felt great it- still feel good! I'm planning to do one again on the 26th- the day after Xmas, maybe you would like to aswell? What is the longest you have fasted for? Where are you from?loehello Rubina. happy that your fasting went well. Sometimes I have no problem fasting what so ever and sometimes my body just doesn t wants to. I ve been fasing for 5 days on fresh fruit juice the most. i didn t miss food so much, only coffee. i m such a coffee addict. I tried to overcome it by fasting but it doesn t work, i mean i don t really want it to work, as i love coffee to much. ah when the time is ready i will.I m swedish. It will be hard for me the 26th because of all the christmas celebrations but in the beginning of the next year i will start a longer fast.lol to you loeRubina, regarding fasting, it s quite a good site about it at freedomyou.comthe site is a little christian conservative for my overall taste, but the writings about fasting is giving.RubinaHi Loe, thanx for the web address- I found the info useful, I know what you meant when you said it was too christian conservative for you - for me too, but still useful. So your Swedish, what a lovely country- I haven't been there yet but I know of its splender. Also I believe you Sweeds are known for your healthy lifestyles and good living, so detox & fasting should be second nature. Drinking coffee is not that bad - you could be doing alot worse, I don't drink coffee- I just never acquired a taste for it but the smell of it does it for me!
