T O P I C R E V I E WthequantumleapI haven't posted here for 2 years, so please welcome me back. I started doing the Spiral meditation again, but I've never been good at visualizing pictures of any kind, so I don't see a spiral in my mind. My question is this: Could I get the same results with my eyes open looking a physical image of a spiral I found online? A person named IQ mentioned something about a "hybrid" method 2 years ago, but he never explained this method to me. IQ are you still out there? If so, please, respond, and I hope others will chime in as well. Has anyone found Linda G? Happy Solstice & New Year to One and All.RandallWelcome back! Rebecca Clarkemitresif you find picturing the spiral difficult draw it out on paper with pencil then simply erase to the point you would like to be but methodically - literally going over the drawing and "pushing" back the pencil mark with the eraser... do this as often through out the day as you can, making sure to connect ( in your mind ) the act of drawing the spiral with what your cells look like and what you manifest them to become... ------------------" Some define good as that which preserves, and evil as that which destroys; but destruction can be cleansing and purifying, for there is such a thing in both men and races as spiritual constipation, which comes from too much preservation of the status quo." ( Dion Fortune )thequantumleapDear Randall & Emitres,Very interesting replies. Randall, your last response came on Jan' 30th, my birthday. How ironic is that? Obviously, my sign is Aquarius, but I don't know what time I was born, only that is was "dark outside" (my mother's words), so I don't know my rising sign. I think it may be Scorpio, which I was told is my family sign. Most of them are repressed Catholics, and I have now become their scapegoat, so using the word "Ordain" has me intrigued, because I once thought of becoming a monk/priest. My last name in German means "man of the cloister". Anyway, Randall, what do you mean by "ordain" as compared to "visualization". And Emitres, your response was so helpful that I believe I found the ideal path for myself. I do eye exercises to improve my eyesight, and one method is to move your open eyes in a circle, stretching your peripheral vision as far as you can in all directions. So, I'm now doing this counterclockwise as a daily practice, and I will combine this with your two suggestions to "erase" and destroy/recreate my cellular construction. (Where is Linda?)
