please learn a bit of patience. I'm in UK and prob in different time zone to you! Aquarius rules your 11th house and the firsrt decanate is not great IF it makes contact with your saturn ie: within 3-5' orb. Now what aquarians look for in relationships is freindship, it's very very important to them. It's not a highly sexed sign like aries/taurus/scorpio. It really wants it's mind stimulated. It can be a very private sign and belongs to a group of 3 (aries, aquarius and Saggi) that need a lot of freedom and independence within relationships. lastly, aquarius is THE only sign I know of that can stay friends or keep in touch with their Ex's..
I use Equal House system (where each cusp is same as Ascendant) and am a modern astrologer. Lots of newcomers come into Astrology/forums and get a free chart from astro and the default ‘house system’ used is Placidus and think that’s just the norm and all there is……..BUT that is just the tip of the iceberg. You can change the default on astro.com in Extended Chart selection to Equal house and a few others if you wish to experiment…..
Within the mainstream are placidus/equal houses (the default on astro is placidus) only difference being some planets may move from one house to another thereby altering it's interpretation and it's 'only' with research will you find which /planets 'fit you' in which houses. So my advice, do two charts, research any planets that move houses and see which you identity with - simple

So in Equal house Aquarius rules 11th house cusp and not Cappi. Now moon and venus are within 5'of next house cusp and this means that this planet is interpreted in next house along going anti clockwise.
Saturn's sign indicates what you find uncomfortable and must learn to manage.
Where and how you feel a lack of confidence -- the house position of Saturn defines where
you need to establish your skills, an issue you worry about and wish you could depend on !
Lovely anecdote about Saturn from member mahaira on astrologyweekly.com,
quote:
There's an interesting thing I read somewhere, which I would never take as a rule as it oversimplifies matters - we can guess where someone's Saturn is placed, broadly speaking, by asking him/her "What do you want (or did want) but don't have?"
Takes 28 years to go around zodiac. Stays in each sign of approx 2.1/2 yrs
Keywords: Saturn = Structure, duty, limitation, restriction.
Saturn in the 11th house
Hard to obtain goals and objectives but they can be attained if the person will be patient and willing to work. Have to earn everything with this position of Saturn. If it is done the rewards are great, and life gets better as it advances. Many acquaintances, but few intimates. An unrecognised fear of the demands made due to friendship. Attracted to older people. Saturn may delay but does not deny objectives. You will have a strong sense of responsibility towards friendships, groups and team work. You will seek to know important people in order to advance your status and self ¬confidence by taking notice of their wise advise. You will be cautious concerning your own principles. Social standing very important.
These people either keep themselves to themselves or overcome their shyness by joining societies in which social life is centred around a purpose, sometimes political. Friends are often older and more experienced.

I notice Transiting Saturn has just come off your natal moon, and this can sometimes suggest a break in a friendship or relationship and short in finances.
Ruler of the Fourth House in the Seventh House
"Your sense of security is strongly reinforced by close partnerships. Your home may become your partner's home or very close friends may live with you. You could find yourself having to become a strong emotional support for either your spouse or closest friends." http://www.skyviewzone.com/astrology/houserulerships.htm#hr4
Ruler of the Seventh House in the Eighth House
"Other people will support your goals either financially or by lending moral support. You can counsel other people regarding their finances.
Your attitude towards marriage may undergo a change and a partner can represent a total change of lifestyle for you.
You may marry based on an overwhelming sexual attraction to someone. You could actually form a deep intimate bond with someone who feels like a soulmate. You may have to resist the tendency to become obsessed with a particular relationship and allow yourself to move on when the time comes." http://www.skyviewzone.com/astrology/houserulerships.htm#hr7
Ruler of the Fifth House in the Tenth House
"Your creative urges are put to use in your career and your creativity may become known publicly. You not only want to be in the spotlight, you also want to become a respected authority in your field. Your social activities can either enhance your public image or detract from your reputation. You might be willing to take gambles with regards to your career." http://www.skyviewzone.com/astrology/houserulerships.htm#hr5

Now your venus in scorpio is conj pluto and this is a difficult placement. It can be jealous, possessive, manipulative and always wants deep and meaningful, never superficial contacts. YET your moon in libra is restless, procrastinating and indecisive, then afflicted by square to saturn, showing you are quite able to endure financial hardships and are slow and cautious *emotionally*
