Rosalind | First, as you may know I have no experience in horary so thats why I ask. Short story: Its seems that no one wants me. Today I went at a company and I was shocked to see that the job they offered me was taken by someone else. A pretty blonde. What is wrong? Why nobody wants me? I know I'm not beautiful nor even pretty but I do have a brain and I can work. I am tired about this: I am jobless, I have no money, I cannot move to England, nothing. I cannot live only with false hope andfalse promises. Why nobody wants me for a possible job? |
ariesdragon | They offered the job then hired someone else?! That's absurd! I'm sorry u had to go through that Rosa but I got an idea...a complete makeover! Something that will give you confidence and an airy presence @ the same time. 1st of all say f*** it & look for a job somewhere else, make yourself feel really good b4 u go...curl ur hair, pick a classy outfit, put on some make-up & perfume, some sexy shoes. Go in there with all the courage and self belief u can muster & trust me you will get that job! Once you get the job then you continue working on yourself. Get self empowerment books, confidence booster books, let go of all the built up negativity & clear your mind. I hope that helps it will work! |

I am jobless since I finished uni. I already tried everything you suggested. |
peachbeigeblue | Did you cast an horary chart? I'm not so good at reading them, but I have asked horary questions that got accurate answers. A good way to ask the horary question would be like "When will I be able to move to England?" Have you tried to look for jobs where you can work for your computer so once you get enough money to move to England that you won't have to look for ANOTHER job. Everything will work out for you |
ariesdragon | Ok then I'm not sure what to say except give you this song... I hope you listen to it & it brings a smile to your heart http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-BoGA5sPRrg&feature=youtube_gdata_player

ariesdragon | Peach weren't we talking about horary last night? Maybe she can ask in that thread? Or ask that person personally since she was good. |
peachbeigeblue | You are very talented with what you do on here. I hate to bring this up for the people who wouldn't be able to afford it - but have you considered trying to make some money that way? With online astrology readings? |
Rosalind | I have no idea how to cast one. astro.com seems to not have this kind of charts. |

Forget it. I don't want to make money from astrology. Its free.

peachbeigeblue | Yeah over on astrologyweekly.com/forum there is a specific place for horary that I always got a lot of feedback on |
ariesdragon | Yeah that 1 thanks peach... |
peachbeigeblue | You ask the question and then cast the chart that minute. So basically you just make a birth chart with that moment as the birth date/time. Use where you are when you asked as the location |
Rosalind | Is this OK? |
peachbeigeblue | http://www.astrologyweekly.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=44 Here's the place where you should post it. (Some people may apply on here though) I have only done love horary myself but I will look up some stuff to try to help soon. |

A long time ago I tried an horary here but no one answered. I think they dont like people from other countries. IMHO.

Thefish | Well, Here's what the horary chart says here. You are the querent and the ascendant is in scorpio whose classical ruler is mars Therefore, Mars is key. We see Mars in the tenth in the house of virgo. We see Mars trining retrograde pluto in the second house, mercury in the tenth house, and opposing both netptune in the 4rd and tightly opposing chiron in the 4th. The Moon is in Aries in the 6th house which is sextile retrograde venus in gemini the 8th and opposite exalted retrograde saturn in libra in the 11th. So what does all this mean? Your connection from mars to neptune seems to be the reason. Neptune is defocusing your action planet mars. Neptune signifies possible medication/drug issues (I'm making no implications here), escapism, difficult sacrifices. The tight opposition to chiron in the 4th would suggest that home wounds are being opened (I know right no job affecting your living situation, I mean who would ever think that.) Moon opposing saturn suggests you are emotionally blocked/conflicted and saturn is forcing you to really think about society, friends in depth. Your out is the trine from saturn and the moon to venus in 8th which suggests a rebirth (positive). This is only and mateur horary reading but based on the chart that seems to be whats going on. |

Makes sense. Thanks a lot! Very much appreciated. |
depth | Ascendant's in Scorpio. the job = 10H. 10H in Virgo. It's lord is Mercury.Your competitor is Venus, the lord of the descendant. It sits in your 8H of loss, sorrow, pain & disappointment. Your significators are Mars & the Moon. Mars in Venus' fall & moon in Venus' detriment indicate that you're not well disposed toward this person. Look at Mercury, i.e., the job or the boss. It's in Taurus, Moon's exaltation. It means the person who hired you was impressed with you. However, Taurus is the sign where Mars(your primary significator) is in detriment = he found you lacking somewhere. The interviewer somehow found Venus a better candidate.(Mercury in Taurus, Venus' domicile). Mercury conjunct descendant shows the job went to her. Venus is retro, peregrine & in the malefic 8H. On the other hand, Mars(though peregrine) is accidentally dignified being in the 10th. A man represented by a planet with essential dignity may get the job because he has qualities and skills that suit him to the job, while one represented by a planet with accidental dignity may get it because someone has helped him or because he was in the right place at the right time. There's Jupiter on the descendant as well. Jupiter could be another candidate, the interviewer's partner(he/she favoured Venus) or plain good luck. Moon's next aspect is a sextile to Venus(her). Something's coming up. The receptions aren't good but the aspect is a positive one. You might not like her, yet you'll be polite. Moon's last aspect is an opposition to Saturn which doesn't bode well. Saturn's the lord of the 3H of siblings, communication, short trips...Being in the 11H, it also represents dashed hopes, friends... It also rules the mindset. Moon opp Saturn suggests depression, family conflicts, unsuccessful trips, etc... The north node in the first doesn't nullify Saturn's effects but it does gives a positive twist. |
