Hi Twirl!Let me apologise for a massive delay before anything T_T
first I was rushed, then I went to Ireland, then I saw your picture online (there is one around your blog, right?) and thought I'd better lay out a new one, to be on the safer side... anyway after watching BBC The Apprentice final last night I sat down to type what turned out to be a massive text.
Please let me know which bits I got wrong. and maybe what I got right too? I hope you find it entertaining at least
Just a quick note to explain how it works. Each position in a GT has a number and corresponds to a meaning of one of the 36 cards. For example we have clouds in the house of the rider (position no.1), so which house the card falls in elaborates on its meaning.
So here goes
Ok, what immediately strikes my eye is that the Lady we find in the house of the Book, meaning: your life is all about learning and intellectual effort at this particular stage. The Book appears in the house of the Scythe, further reinforcing this theme, standing for sharp intellect, quick thinking, brightness of mind and clarity of reasoning. I’d be very optimistic about this type of context, because it holds a lot of potential for going after your goals and actually being able to seize what you have your eye on. One thing (albeit prob not the most important one but yet it’s on your mind) is that you might be strategising to avoid/annihilate a certain conflict/disagreement, which we find in one of the preoccupations positions (Scythe in the house of the Whip). In another preoccupations position I’ve got Mice in the house of the Fish – are you short on cash? Or maybe just lacking sufficient funds for something or other?
Moving on, there was a very fortunate contract/arrangement previously (Clover in the house of the Ring), possibly with an extremely honest and reliable person who is favourably disposed towards you (Dog in the house of the Clover). This person might be blond or have hair on the fairer side. With the Key in the house of the Dog, I am tempted to think that this particular person and relationship you have with him or her truly is a one of a kind opportunity that will open up onto things big and joyful (Sun in the house of the Key). A lot of this is in the present (the Lady’s Column), so it might be that you’re already experiencing this.
Looking at the future cards for a bit: Rider in the house of the Letter – a lot of mail will be flitting between yourself and another party, quite a bit of information and words (Letter in the house of the Birds). Birds we find in the house of the Bouquet – could this be in any way related to a charismatic woman with dark hair? Or just pleasures in general, something that makes you happy? I might speculate these messages might not bring as much certainty as you’d prefer (Rider in the house of the Clouds). With the Clouds in the house of the Ship – is this all about travelling? Anyway, it’s still a bit of a toss-up if this happens or if it doesn’t.
Moving on now. Storks we see in the house of the Gentleman, I’d guess someone spontaneous and all over the place who comes to your house now and again? House in the house of a Garden seems to be saying your home has been a scene for dinner parties or something similar, so you’re basically seeing a lot of this Gentleman. Or will be, at any rate. Nothing says he’s a lover, but nothing says he isn’t either. But your place as a scene for social functions (even tiny, between friends ones) is what you’re thinking of as well these days.
More future. Ring in the house of the Lily stands for an arrangement with an older man. I’m a bit alarmed at this point, because normally with the Lily in the house of the Fox I’d say it’s about work fair and square, but the Fox we find in the house of the Snake, which kind of smells of danger, manipulation, ill-use and backstabbing. I’d personally watch out.
Some more future yet. Anchor in the house of the Sun promises all sorts of good things, stability untainted by anything whatsoever. Crossroads in the house of the Moon – I’d say some reassessment of your spiritual life, or maybe just your dreams.
Some of the influences positions. Heart in the house of the Tower – love on the part of (or maybe towards, or maybe both?) a single person (Tower in the house of the Tree – nothing mentally unstable/unhealthy/flakey/clingy about this person). Child in the house of the Heart – these feelings are very fresh and budding. Mountain in the house of the Child – coldness of communication might be in the way of these feelings. An aspect to work on if you want it to evolve, potentially.
Phew…. Looks like everything has been covered Let me know what you think?
Much love,
L
