T O P I C R E V I E WhippichickSo, first, I must say, that when I get to bbq'in I use charcoal to get the thing started, then add wood chips, of my flavor and taste of the day, and depending on what I am cooking, to smoke.So, I get this bright idea, why not smoke something in an iron skillet on the grille, smokin?Got out my 100 yr old, family handed down iron skillet and tried it!LUCIOUS!I fried/smoked up some turkey bacon and talipia, added just enough olive oil so it wouldn't stick and the flavor is amazing!Smoked some more cheese, and veggies at the same time.Next time I smoke cheese, going to get out one of my tiny iron skillets and try the same..Mission accomplished!Was so afraid that I would get a call to come view the house that I started smokin early this morn..Got er done! hippichick Randall RandallThe tilapia looks perfect.hippichickand it was!!!will do this agin!RandallWhat did you put on it?hippichickThe wood?
