Randall | The early morning sun contains high amounts of the blue spectrum, which activates hormones and receptors that cause happiness. It is no accident that when one is sad, it is referred to as feeling "blue." So, get out early and soak up 30 minutes of that morning sun for a day free of depression. |
Randall | I will try soaking up some blue rays on my school break. |
Randall | Moving this to Sweet Peas. |
aquaguy91 | Interesting. Sunrise sure does have a way of lifting ones spirits. |

mirage29 | I noticed (for myself) that the sky seems to reflect a deeper shade of blue closest to the seashores of our US states as opposed to paler skies that lay over the inland states... Seashores can be very healing. Hope you're feeling alright Randall? |
Odette | That's really interesting. I always feel positive when I walk my dog in the mornings There is definitely something to this! |
Odette | Do you have pets Randall? |
