T O P I C R E V I E WRagnPussThis all started about 6 months ago. I came home from work late at night and went straight to my bedroom. When I walked in I froze right near the door. All of a sudden I was hearing almost this vibrational noise all around me, but it seemed very close; almost as if it was in me. This continued for quite some time before I got tired of it and actually switched bedrooms with my brother to get away from it (for in the beginning it was only in my room). Then it moved into the bathroom and then the whole house. As I moved all my stuff into my new room it started there too! So I did a little test, I went into my old room which is now my brothers and stood there listening. Of course, it stopped. Whatever it is, it followed me! I wouldn't say I am scared of it. But sometimes I can't even sleep for the noise is so loud! It'll stop for a few days and just when I think its gone, it comes back. And its almost as if its waiting for me to come home, for that is when I witness it the most. I feel like its energy or something. I don't know. I have no idea what it is, and now it is outside my house also. It seems like it is growing. astro junkie RandallWelcome! ------------------"Never mentally imagine for another that which you would not want to experience for yourself, since the mental image you send out inevitably comes back to you." Rebecca ClarkRaGrowing? BlaziniAlways remember: Fear is an illusion. Love always, all ways, prevails. EleanoreThat is quite odd, I think, RagnPuss. I too, on occasion, have heard a sound that I suppose could only be described as buzzing or vibration, but I must admit that it hasn't followed me around. In fact, it happened most frequently when I used to visit a particular friends' mom's house ... and sometimes right before I fall asleep. I wish I had more information to give you. All I know is that the more I focus on the sound, the louder it becomes. If I try hard to focus on other sounds, even something as dull as a ceiling fan, it tends to fade away. On a couple of occasions I noted that by purely trying to analyze the sound and pinpoint its origin (instead of actually listening to it), it immediately ceased. Hope this helps a little. pixelpixieThis is going to sound over-simplified, but often that is the most overlooked option....Please get your hearing checked.RagnPussWe'll I have been to the doctor twice since this started happening. I too did think about the hearing.. but the doc said there was nothing wrong. I can hear fine. Although he did think me crazy...pixelpixieOn the other hand, I thought Elanore's advice/ opinion was excellent.Glad you can hear okay... now let's just focus on hearing the right things, huh?!
