T O P I C R E V I E WAyeletI think aliens are just like us, "merely humans"' in that they can be more positive or more negative at times. They don't have to be saints, and they don't have to be all evil. I know of people who are very interested in them, thinking they are all good, and other people are creeped by the mere thought of them, attributing to them monstrous intentions toward us humans. I have a good reason to believe extra-terrestrials are already connected to Earth for quite some time. I had the experience of seeing the face of an alien astrally, while awake. It was magnanimous, big, brownish greyish, floating in the air above. I guess I would only know anything about this vision after my death, because I don't know of anyone who can really explain it to me. I know it was an alien, it was classic face, but I have no idea why I saw it and what was his\her\whatever's connection to me or what its nature was. And I don't know any truly psychic people who can explain this to me, so I guess it would stay a mystery until I cross over. But even though I was awed and a bit terrified, I don't think it was a negative entity. Rather I sense that these beings have some sort of psychic connection to people, even though I don't know what their purpose might be.What do you think\know?sorenit's not that they are particularily psychic, it's that all is connected and as we evolve we can relax and tune more into the psychic things, and let our "brains" get sensitive to them. when you get better technology and are not in the wild, you can really "sit" and start to get sensitive. AyeletSo you think we need technology and civilization in order to get "sensitive"?PixieJaneI personally don't think we're being visited by extraterrestrials from other worlds (though I'm sure they exist out there). I think that the "out of this world" encounters that are truly paranormal are touching something occult and very much part of this world (though at another level of reality) rather than another, and they adapt themselves to our imaginations (or our human sensibilities put them into some context that we can make sense out of, which has the same results), which is to say they're real but illusion (or more elves than aliens). I personally go with the word "quasi-real." I used to do a lot of research on this and it was awhile before I decided this was the case. I'm convinced that the public still isn't being told the truth about whatever was picked up at Roswell. That MIGHT have been a craft of extraterrestrial origin (in that case it seems plausible). But it wouldn't mean that Earth is being visited on any regular basis by whatever beings piloted that craft which crashed. I recall reading of one UFO encounter that I loved...actually two. It sounded like kids (of another species) having fun with us, in one case joyriding and taunting jets sent to intercept them (when the jets give up, they stop fleeing and start chasing the jets). The one that really sounded like kids was a craft that landed with little people in silver suits that got out. They were shot at but the bullets wouldn't hit, and these little beings performed incredible acts of acrobatics (IIRC, they did try to speak but the language made no sense to the humans). That sounds to me like their suits had the ability to manipulate gravity (which would make sense for an advanced spacefaring race) which would not only explain their acrobatics but also why they couldn't be shot by our primitive bullets. (Just to be clear, I'm entertaining the idea that they were extraterrestrials but not saying they were. At least if these were mischievous kids, be it from another world and/or dimension, they're not from a cruel race, otherwise they'd do the equivalent of our kids putting ants under a magnifying glass and the like.)And I'd need to review the lore to be sure, but "implants" also strike me as a plausible advanced technology. They sound as if they're tied directly into the nervous system (which causes them to be painful and demonstrate other symptoms), and many remember one encounter without aid...and when remembering others they remember being paralyzed and "knocked out," sometimes with a wand. If that "wand" or other device is like a remote control then it could trigger the implant to cause the person to be knocked out (which is why they remember the first encounter with such clarity by not the subsequent ones, because they had to be abducted and implanted before they could knock them out before abduction by triggering the implant that no doubt also acts as a tracking device). soren10 years ago our fastest space ship could make it to the closest star (4 Ly) in 60 000 years. 10 years later, we can make it to the closest star with our fastest ship in 6000 years. We only invented our first air plane 113 years ago. We evolved 60 million years after dinosaurs existed. There are planets which may have cooled hundreds of millions of years before ours, therefore life could start earlier. I've been watching the new techology that comes out every month, getting more and more advanced. We havn't even figured out fusion very well yet, and can only improve, we are just at the start basically, 200 years, that is nothing, we've been evolving for 4 million years. My best friend said he saw creatures aliens sitting in forests near civilations, twice before. AyeletIf I am attached to my external senses, I am drawn away from the inner realm. Usually, for example, a person cannot be both in the outer physical reality and in the astral realm. Not at the same time, anyway. So the more one would be immersed in artificial culture, one may be drawn away from nature, and subsequentally from his/her own nature.sorennature is whatever it decidesRandallInteresting!Ayelet quote:Originally posted by PixieJane:I personally don't think we're being visited by extraterrestrials from other worlds (though I'm sure they exist out there). This is very interesting. I'm sorry I only respond to you now. I am not familiar with all that knowledge of yours. I've heard about abductions, for example, but not of the implants. What are your resources? (Hope you get to see this..)PixieJaneImplants are among the basics of UFOlogy, so I'd think most books and documentaries would include at least a little about them. I've sold all my UFO stuff years ago so I can't cite specifics sources with certainty. Here's a bit I instantly found online: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alien_implants And http://www.mufon.com/alien-implants/alien-implant-removals-before-and-after-effects The only book I have left would be good for someone being introduced to UFOlogy: http://www.amazon.com/UFO-Continuing-Enigma-Richard-Williams/dp/089577397X This gives an intro into the many aspects of UFOlogy (including implants), though it's purely introductory. What I really like is that it doesn't try to explain (or explain away) anything, it just gives the basics (like someone doing a class report). Many libraries would likely have this, and out of those that don't, they might be willing to ILL (Inter Library Loan) it. In which case the ISNB asked for (as some ILL request forms want) will always be ISBN-13 (if it exists on Amazon), which in this case is "978-0895773975". AyeletThank you! I'll have a look. But surely not in a library where I live. They don't have these kind of books.RandallMy library had one called: Heirs to the Gods.RandallIt's very controversial.RandallYou can get just about any kind of book on interlibrary loan. It's free. That's how I read The Lion's Path.RandallYou might be able to find some really good ones.RandallThe process is very simple. You just have to tell them the name of the book, and they will locate it and arrange for it to be sent there.AyeletI don't think there is such a thing here except in the university, and there these books won't be found.RandallAh, well, it was worth a try.RandallWould a book store like that do well there? You might be surprised.RandallThat's what is so great about the internet. It truly is a small world now.
