T O P I C R E V I E Wcolorful butterflyMy jupiter is in the nakshatra of ashlesha conjunct murcury in pushya. Does anyone have any insite on what this means as far as my jupiter and how it functions. Ive learned jupiter is the planet of wisdom and ashlesha means the entwiner, snake like, pushya means the mothers milk or nurturing. RandallBump!colorful butterflyIn my studies I think I found the answer to this question. When Jupiter and venus conjunct it creates two different kinds of wisdom. One is spiritual(jupiter) and the other is street smarts (mercury) whichever holds the lowest degree has the most say. In mine it is Mercury, so basically mercury being quick and jupiter being slow my mind learns quickly to spiritual wisdom of Ashlesha which is a nakshatra known to concur enimes but also delivers a nasty bite to unpure things. My mercury being in pushya, which means to nurture will see a situation of conflict and learn spiritually how to resolve enimes in a nuturing way. This is located in my 11 house which is the house of hopes and wishes. Any further insite would be appriciated. nikki01 quote:Originally posted by colorful butterfly:In my studies I think I found the answer to this question. Would be good for real estate because then 9th lord Jupiter would be in 4th house. This is not only a wealth yoga if I'm correct but would also be a Dharmakarma yoga; so might signify someone who is very spiritual and would have high status. Generally though, Jupiter conjunct Mercury in the Ashlesha nakshatra signifys someone who is very good at investigating. They can really get to the truth (Jupiter) and dig deep (Ashlesha) to whatever it is they're researching (Mercury). Very smart person and since Jupiter is strong, they'd investigate things for moral reasons, for instance researching a drug to cure Cancer. Strong belief systems, etcGenerally, not a bad conjunction especially in Cancer!!!
