Hello dudes, hows ye all today? Can anyone help me, recently I was told I would be living through an intense transit and one like it would not occur for a very long period of time. Does anyone know about transits and what possible things could happen to me while going through one. Totally clueless! Anyhoos, I was told the transit owuld occur from the dates 7th April 07 to the 21st May 07.

My birthday is 24th December 1982, born at 8:08 am

looks like transiting Saturn ( in Leo ) 'squaring' your natal Chiron (in Taurus )

Hmmm... Saturn won't be squaring his Chiron until July. I don't see any bad transit worth noting that would fit the time frame.

Oh, you're right! Saturn started to square his Chiron last October. Still, that tight time frame is a bit odd since there's nothing going on that would match the interval and the description he was given.

edit: he was asking about a transit that "would not occur for a very long period of time". I guess it's all relative, but a 8-9 month transit doesn't sound too swift to me.

i forgot about t.Neptune .. but yet to figure it exactly ..
am looking at the Chiron transit to natal Mars .. as well ..
that ( for now .. shall recheck ) .. looks like ..

Feb '07
Sept '07
Dec '07

however tPluto is now only 3 deg prior to Donn' sun ..
and is currently sextiling natal Pluto

re ** "would not occur for a very long period of time". **
mmmmmmm .. now it's getting Complicated .. ;-))

" .. for a long period of time " .. i.e. a big one in the future ( mmm .. t.Pluto conjoining natal Sun )
that will be after at least 2010 ( i think ) .. but it's currently within orb ..
sitting midpoint aprox between natal Sun and Neptune ..

mmm .. t.Neptune sort of hangs about till mid 2009 ..

ps .. i didn't look at chart with b.time ..

Saturn is trining his ascendant, Neptune will sextile it from ~mid April onwards.

So I guess that Neptune transit would kind of fit, but it's definitely not a short term transit! And the word "intense" makes me immediately think of a transit that involves Pluto, but that's just me

Maybe it's a midpoint transit?
edit: I just noticed you've already looked into the midpoint transits.
Whoever told Donnie about the looming transit probably meant the Neptune transit(?), although I think there are better words to describe it than "intense", and it's hardly a fleeting transit.

RE ..
**I was told the transit would occur from the dates 7th April 07 to the 21st May 07.**

ok nothing BIG occuring Within that time period .. just a Lillith transit ..
(and Lillith transits only last about 10 days and Lillith does not go retrograde )

however IF i've got your Ascendant right ( 28 deg Sag ??? ) .. i've done that for my locale ..
i.e. yorkshire .. .. you were born 08.08 .. but Where ?? ( aberdeen ?? )

anyhow IF that IS your ascendant .. then the big transit will be ..
transiting Pluto conjunct your ascendant ...
( but .. that is not just a 7th April 07 to the 21st May 07 type transit ) ..

yeah .. the time period sort of got me ..
trying to figure it all out has made me hungry ..
starting to think food and not transits ..
i think the Big one for Donnie has to be Pluto ..
if not to the ascendant .. then to the sun .. but it's a ways off 'exact' ..
i had a good article re orbs 'n transits ..
but lost it :-( ..

gotta go .. munchies call ..
be well ..

I used Aberdeen/UK as well, and got his ascendant at 21 deg sag...

Lol, I'm hungry as well, I'll double check the ascendant later on. Although it doesn't really make much of a difference, if we're looking for an intense short term transit. Intense transits tend to stick around for a long period of time, so the whole description sounds a bit off to me.

well .. i finaly got aberdeen input ..
so here the asc. is 23 Sag ...
i guess that rules out pluto to your ascendant donnie lass ..

i looked at transiting jupiter .. that goes retro in april at 19 deg Sag .. .. goes back to 9 deg Sag ..

so .. i don't know what transit the 'astrologer' was on about .. at least .. not for the period stated ..

maybe the 'astrologer' has your ascendant at 19 deg Sag .?

i may take a look at 'progressions'..
if anything shows up .. i shall try n get back to you ..
( internet connection willing :-) .. hasn't been too good recently )
