Hi guys,

I am a bit bothered by this: if you and your lover, SO, etc. have opposite ascendants (traditionally a great placement for love synastry), then your transits are always opposite.

This means that when the 7th house matters are important to you (via transiting planets there), your partner has those same transits in his/her 1st house. The same opposition goes through the whole chart, i.e. when friendships are highlighted in your chart by transits in your 11th house, then your partner is in romance mood via his/her 5th house transits.

And how to determine a probable time for marriage, when the transits never meet, so to say...?

Then look to something like progressions whether individually or composite, maybe jupiter might progress to the 7th?

I think I know what you are getting at here. But if you think about it, you would have to have the same or next-door signs to have transits running through the same house at the same time.

There are going to be other indications of things that happen in your life. Transits by aspect, progressions, Solar Arc aspects, etc. For a marriage ~ what is happening to the MC? It is a public event, social status, etc.

Then there is also the factor that how something effects one person in a partnerships isn't the same as it effects the other.
