For those of you who agree with cusps,

How many degrees into a sign would you determine whether a sign is on a cusp or not. This goes for all the planets.

Would the moon be a cusp from 0-5, 24-29? mercury,mars,venus, etc.. 0-2, 28-29? THANKS

I think the only planet that really matters when cusps are in question is the sun.
