Hi Everyone 
Just a quick question to see what Asc sign anyone comes up with for my sister-in-law, as astro.com gave a Virgo Asc, but she was told that she has a Libra Asc, so any clarification would be appreciated.28th Sept 1970 ( 5:35 am ~ Perth Australia ) Thanks in Advance,

Well I also use astro and it gives 23 degrees 49 minutes Virgo.
Who told her it was Libra? Did she give the same birth time to them? As not to much difference in birth time would move her asc into Libra.

Thanks Lanny & Sue,
I'm not too sure where she got the Libra Asc from, except that the chart with that Asc was done awhile ago.I'm far from an expert, but astro.com seems to be accurate enough, but then again, I probably wouldn't know if it gave me wrong info  As for the degrees, I'm lost there! Thanks to you both for this information, I will pass it on.

You're welcome.Re degrees...
Each sign has 30 degrees.
Starting at 0 degree and end with 29 degree.
eg:
Virgo starts at 0 degree Virgo
End at 29 degree Virgo
Then goes to 0 degree Libra ending at 29 degree Libra before going into Scorpio...etc Hope that makes sense for you
