Topic: Question about my chart?

Hello everybody,
I was hoping somebody could answer this question for me. My tenth house is empty, there is no sign..nada.. nothing. What does this mean? It is confusing for me because i've always known what i wanted to do and since the tenth house i know has to do with profession this kind of scared me. I feel pulled towards the field i'd like to get into and was hoping my chart would give me some reassurance about the career path i'm taking but m 10th house is empty in every way. Very interesting information, Shaun! No wonder I was convinced my husband was a Sagittarius-rising Libra and not the Capricorn-rising one that his natal chart indicates.  ------------------

Not to worry, Jupiter. astrotruth's clarification about the planetary ruler, etc., is dead on. An absence of planets in a house never means that a person will not experience the activities represented by that house. Maybe good karma has earned you a smooth career, and your life lessons will be stronger in your tenanted houses. Perhaps a marriage, a trip, children, etc., will become the highlights of your life, but that doesn't mean you can't also have a career.
