Hmm. I'd say Oppositions within the big three, ie sun moon and ascendant often get expressed in self defeating actions. Just because in order to serve one influencial body, you do stuff that is anathema to the opposing body, right? Saturn to sun squares and opps, or a busy 12th house might display self-undoing tendancies as well. Interesting question, Gloria. You're full of those, aren't you? LOL. IP: Logged |

Lioneye:1) As far as the example you gave me, in opposition, I only have Moon/Saturn. 2) What about Moon opposition Jupiter? Would that account for sabotage? 3) Here's something interesting. What do you think of this in a relationship. Both people have Ascendant Opp Moon in their Natal's, AND in their Composite. How would the Natal influence differ from the Composite? : Aries Rocks: Which squares are most important in sabotage? : Thanks very much, .gloria ------------------ it's better to light a candle than curse the darkness... Moon opposition ascendant is a very good aspect to have in composite. Actually one of the best! so don't worry about that one. The squares...well I think Mars square pluto and Moon square Mars and also Sun square Moon will be very difficult. Moon square Neptune can probably be destructive also.IP: Logged |

Mmon oppose Jupiter? Well, Jupiter is such a benevolent influence that even when it's involved in negative aspects, it's still feels pretty good. But it can encourage over-indulgence and an overly optimistic mind-set (or in the case of the moon, overly optimistic emotions), which could certainly lead to a few rude awakenings when reality kicks you where it hurts. But that's not really self sabatage, it's mearly wishfull thinking right?Moon oppose Saturn...now THAT could be real bugger. Saturn says "no" to everything it opposes or squares. But it's not really carried out by the person, more like by environmental circumstances, or outside influences beyond our control. That can lead to a dampening of spirits because you get the sense that nothing ever works out for you, or goes your way. That can be very discouraging, and cause a person to become depressed, and maybe feel like "Why bother?". IP: Logged |

AriesRocks:Moon Opp Ascendant is better than Moon Sextile Ascendant in Composite? As far as Squares go, I only have the Moon Square Mars. So I guess in total for sabotage, I have Moon Square Mars and Moon Opp Saturn, which yes Lioneye, it DOES make me feel like "what's the use" sometimes, which is horrible especially when I lack encouragement in my private and home life. I've had to deal with my fear of success all my life, still struggling with it... AH! What's the use! .gloria ------------------ it's better to light a candle than curse the darkness... IP: Logged |

Yes dahhhling, well I think it's better than the sextile. Because the opposition is almost the same as a seventh house composite which is great!IP: Logged |

Well, I know that when the moon is in the seventh both partners feel very connected with eachother. They want to be together A LOT. They also care deeply for eachother and tend to worry more about how the other one is doing and so on. They just feel lots of love&understanding, and that they belong together. It's a great aspect to have.IP: Logged |
