Umm. You realize that "moon blood" is another word for "menstral period" right? Women cycle with the moon, every 28 days. Seeing this name I would assume you were saying you're always on your period.

purplezen- the moon never actually turns red, it just appears that way because of particles in the atmosphere. But it does look cool.

I enjoyed the lyrics. But seeing the name at first I did make the assumption that it was some kind of joke, along the lines of "I have PMS and a handgun."

I think the name is cool!!

In moon-speak it is supposed to signify when the moon turns red during a lunar eclipse. This is what I found awhile back when I was researching the Harmonic Concordance:

Oooops, I also clicked on the main page - the article had just come up when I did my initial search with the HC. Then I just looked at the whole thing and I was surprised to see how biblely it was. Sorry if that offended you.
