Regarding Synastry:::

Thinking back on the "reception" question I had, do you think the House placements of the Sun and Moon can be as powerful as the Synastry of the Sun and Moon in their Signs alone?

That would go for any of the Planets for that matter, but trying to keep it simple for this question since they are the most powerful.

(EXAMPLE:

Person A - Natal Moon in 9th House
Person B - Natal Jupiter in 4th House

and I guess, to take it one step further -
could also be :::

Person A - Moon in B's 9th House
Person B - Jupiter in A's 4th House)
