This is NOT someone I'm interested in, nor are they someone I ever need to be around ... but ... Wow ... I've never seen such serious venom coming from someone I thought I was becoming friends with. Anyone have experience with this combo in the form of a male? (I'm not referring to the females of this persuasion)

(By the way, you probably noticed, I'm NOT in the habit of pointing fingers at certain astrological influences in people in any serious way - but I'm making an exception here because of my firsthand experience, and just utter disbelief).

I've not run into a Cancer/Scorpio male (that i know of).
But a Scorpio/Cancer male.

But from the sounds of your disappointment, seems they maybe stuck in the rut of their lower based key note's.

Yes, AJ, my dad has that combo. Don't know if relatives fit the question, but you described him quite well. If he feels betrayed...venom...and, that's it...no forgiveness. Poor man. He's extremely selfish in many ways and get's his feelings hurt easily. If something benefits him, he'll do it, otherwise, forget it. He causes a great deal of his own pain, yet, cannot see that and blames others.
Oh, emotional blackmail...guilt trips...is his most perfected skill. He can't let go of the past and ruminates a great deal.
Man, sounds like I just raked him through the coals....he does has some positives. He can be kind, and sensitive...he's very intuitive...and can be generous. He has loyal friends or bitter enemies...no in between.

They say that's it's better for a man to have this combination though (sun cancer/moon scorpio) rather than a female...something about a man being able to take it better and being able to cope with it more.
which sucks for me cos i am a sun cancer/moon scorpio. yikes!

Hi AJ,

I had a really good male friend with this combo. He is really intense, which is frightening and fascinating at the same time. He's very different from anyone I've ever met. He's a strict atheist, and enjoys debating with people about religon (to the point of getting them upset/frustrated). He's passionate about the darker side of things... He's a writer/filmaker, with a focus a blood/gore films. What is really odd for me, is that he finds violent scenes amusing.
