I know ther are always good and bad... but, yeah, i guess i've been fortunate to not have been run over by a baddie bull ... he he .. juz kidding.

My childhood friend is a Taurus Sun, Aries Moon with Virgo Rising.

She does not like change, it is easy to predict her reaction to almost any given situation and to what choices she will make. No agendas and no surprises. She's clear cut, simple and content just being herself.

Her birthday was last week and as a gift I gave her a box of Godiva truffles. She liked it. Actually, she likes anything nice, nothing too out of the ordinary. But if something goes wrong, she holds it in for a long time. Patience should be her middle name. I always thank her for that because as an Aries, I have and still do lots of crazy things, or unintentionally fall into situations that test her patience.

I learned that the best way to get along with her is to give her a couple of qualities from myself that she can count on and trust. Keep it easy, 1-2-3.

The thing with Taurus is that if something is not in their nature, they usually won't approach it or inquire with polite curiosity. I've wondered whether this is out of selfishness or pockets of existence that simply do not exist for them. I'm still thinking about this and haven't arrived at any conclusion just yet.

I thought to myself, are you crazy? Don't even think about me or say sorry. Heck, forget about me. You should be focused on yourself and getting better. I was very shocked, and yet gently touched to say the least.

I took the train up to our hometown and spent the weekend with her post surgery. Out of synchronicity, the velvet bag of gemstones I had given to her for Christmas came in time. She kept it by her bedside and she did heal very quickly. We watched movies at their apartment, and talked. It was clear she knew we were all worried about her and she kept us laughing by joking around. One time she said, I'm laughing so hard my stitches hurt.

( I feel awful right now cause I havent spoken to my honey in two days and its killing me! ... maya -v ) .. bulls 'n cows got to learn to let go .. keep things in long enough makes the volcano start to rumble .. talking about emmotional stuff .. it takes courage to speak first after a tiff when one is still holding on to the hurt ..

not to mention their undying loyalty and love. they are really principled people, and i like that, because, as aphrodite said, they follow their principles and are really good friends. i havent seen a bull yet for whom friendship isnt one of those steel principles (or wait i have but thats only ONE).

regarding some bulls, ive had really bad experiences...one tried to ruin my life coz she was jealous that her husband didnt like her anymore and she thot he liked me ....which he didnt, but we had great conversation (this guy is my second cousin for cryin out loud, and hes like 18 yrs older than me), becoz he was a virgo and me gemini, and i always have a lot of fun talkin to virgos (maybe its the shared planet that gets the ball rolling). this woman was the biggest b!tch i have come across , hands down, but then again, i dont know her chart and she probably had some serious afflictions going on in there, insecurities etc. i dont at all see her as representative of bulls. most bulls i know are polar opposite to that.

then there is my bull uncle, who i cant seem to decide on. he is like the taurus man sun sign chapter personified. he is quiet, but says very meaningful things when he does speak. he is very logical, very practical, yet very loyal and intense. he loves his wife to death, and will think everythin through before making a decision, and when he does make a decision, he will stick to it till it is complete. that is very admirable--extremely admirable in a man, in my opinion. another really big plus: i have never seen him fighting with anyone in my life. in my LIFE people. once he beat the bajeepers outta a butler but it wasn't really a fight, he pretty much took the guy to school....the butler had been sexually harrassing his wife. besides that he has never verbally / any other way, assaulted anyone.

however, it can be difficult to squeeze feedback out of him. what do you think? *LONGGGGGGGGGGGG silence* then maybe he'll mutter two to three words. we love bulls! we want to know what youre thinking more often. lol.

another thing, he will listen to everyone, but is not as understanding of everyone, rather he tends to understand ppls motives through his virgo wifes words (who is very judgemental, a good woman but VERY judgemental). if it werent for that i think he is a gem of a person.

well u get the point, but another taurus woman i know is so wonderful, she is married to a Leo man, but its wonderful. theyre the most beautiful couple ever. can she cook great food! very sympathetic, very understanding. very very caring of her husband and kids also.

and last, lets not forget our very own awesome bull here on LL, natasha, who is always there to provide sound advice and understanding. she is fearless when speaking her mind, and her mind is clear on what is right and what is not. a quite amazing woman, if you ask me!

One of my good firends in school was a Taurus, I never had a fight with her ... ever!

And my grandfather was the personification of a Taurus man. He was quiet, dignified, patient, principled, affectionate and soooo loving!
