What is the meaning of PLUTO right on top of the IC? I know about Pluto, but little about the IC. This also makes PLUTO tightly opposite the MC.IP: Logged |

I have Pisces on the IC, and a friend with Pluto on the IC, we are similar in that we both move a lot, and because of other people, or outside influences. Money is an issue, that is other people borrowing it, and controlling it. Plus we both have itchy feet and love to travel to exciting places. We lose track of time and adapt emotionally to music.Have you moved many times or want to? And do you tend to live with people with issues? Natasha Taurus/6th house IP: Logged |

Natasha, I have Neptune right on the IC and everything you said is dead on for me, other than the money thing. Boy do I have itchy feet. And losing track of time and the music thing. Especially the music thing. Also attraction to water that I've heard is associated with this placement. I've always lived near large bodies of water and am basically a fish. Swimming, sailing.. those are my joys. Do you think Pisces/Neptune here makes the home somewhat of a hospital for the soul? I feel like I am always bringing people home and nursing them to health.. or coming home so I can crawl into my safe, comfortable "hospital bed" and deal with life from there. Is this true for you too?IP: Logged |

Lily,The IC represents your "inner world": the very secret, special inner feelings that you have and only share with those VERY close to you! Inwardly, Tim IP: Logged |

whiterabbit, I had surgery this winter, and a dear Sag friend nursed me through a lot of it, he took me out even when I looked crappy. I am very grateful and I tend to think of good people as nursey, there is something about helping and holding. He sparked an argument with the Aqua I was seeing as I do feel nurtured by the Sag even now.I am told I am like a nurse too, I do take care of people. Natasha

I am thinking you mean transiting Pluto on the IC? (You said Horary?)I have my Sag Sun conjuncting (with a degree) my IC and squaring my Pluto in the 1st house. At this point in time the transiting Pluto in Sag is conjuncting my sun and IC. If you already have strong pluto or scorp in your chart, the energies are not as 'scary', but instead bring about much needed change within the domestic / home area. You may find yourself being drawn back to your homeland or you may be moving on to a new area. According to astrodeinst: This is a time of great change in your personal and family life and a time of great inner psychological change. The effects of this influence can vary greatly, but it is always a very important one. On the psychological level, you may encounter certain psychological effects from your past - your childhood and early home life, your relationship with your parents, your hometown or even something from the more distant past of your family or heredity. Psychologists know that the experiences of early life have a strong conditioning affect upon adult behavior, and it is essential to understand the psychological mechanisms created by this experience in order to free yourself from neurotic problems that arise in adulthood. During this period you can gain such understanding, because the forces within you are much more powerful and near the surface, where they can be observed in action. On a less profound level, this influence can signify that your personal life will go through great changes as certain things pass away and new things come into existence. Obviously this happens all the time, but the changes are much more dramatic now. There may be great changes within your family, such as divorce, death, a major change of residence or the need for major repairs on a building, to name a few of the changes signified by this influence. The main point is that at some level your personal and domestic life needs to be overhauled so that it can be reconstructed along new lines. Often you need to be liberated from the past, not only at the psychological level but in your everyday practical life as well. This is the time to build a new order in your personal life. However, people often attempt to resist such change, with unpleasant results. The energies merely build up to such a point that they are released through a dramatic or unfortunate incident, such as the breakup of a marriage, sudden damage to property or the like. And resisting the energies of change is a waste of an opportunity to totally regenerate your life from its very roots. FOr me, much of it is true. I am leaving a relationship and moving to a new town (one that fits my personality and spirituality more than the other domicile did). I have also found myself with a whole new network of friends (with closer friendships that I had allowed in the past). I am also getting involved with the community and volunteering more of my time. (That could also be the transiting Saturn in Leo in my 11th house). I hope this helped ~Pidaua

Pidua,Thank you for that in depth and truly helpful info. Yes. It's a horary chart I cast about writing the cancer book. Your response however was fascinating because if I go ahead with it, I believe it would have a cathartic but possibly earth shattering effect on me and many in my life. Good ole take no hostages Pluto. IP: Logged |

interesting thread------------------ Enlightenment doesn't result from sitting around visualizing images of light, but from integrating the darker aspects of the self into the conscious personality Jung You must lose your life for My sake in order to find it .
