Topic: Leo guy has crush on pisces fem...

Hi there, I'd first of all like to say 'hi' to the forum as I'm new here.I'm 26 and I recently met an 18yo girl over the internet. To cut a long story short, I really like her and I know that she likes me also and we have loosely arranged to go out for a drink sometime soon. However, I've been researching using the net and it appears that leo/pisces is not a good match what with the fire/water dynamic. This has got me thinking that it may not be a good idea to take this relationship any further and seek an aries or sag' instead. I am a very loving and compassionate person and I know that I could give pisces the love and tenderness she needs in all areas of life. I don't see why it can't be a match made in heaven provided I'm willing to give her with what she needs; which I am! Perhaps I'm naive to think that I wouldn't lose interest in her as it's in my nature to get bored very quickly. Anyway, I'm no expert with astrology and any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Hi and WELCOME! I wouldn't worry too much about the Leo/Pisces, fire/water thing.
You may have lots of water in your chart that could make you more compatible with her. I still am learning about this myself but it also depends on other factors that make up your birthchart, as well as hers.
Just so you know, I'm an Air sign(Libra) and my husband is a Water sign(Scorpio), we are not supposed to get along too well either but we have been together for 17 yrs! I'm supposed to be better with Fire or Air, but I'm fine with water, so don't give up just yet!IP: Logged |

Hey that fire/water thing is not only for the sun signs alone,it goes way beyond all that,you might wanna go over to astro.com and get your chart done, etc...astology is just an aid,you decide,what to do

Hey Leonine-Welcome! My Boyfriend is a Pisces sun/ Leo Moon
I am a Leo Sun with a Pisces Moon and maybe it is the sun moon conjunct but i adore my senstiive Pisces man!! I should add that he is mostly water and fire and i am mostly Water and Earth so it is a good blend. SO before you go running off to some saggie or other you "think" more compatable give it a chance. And it also helps to go by more than just the sun sign as i have found that my and my boyfriends synastry chart to be fairly accurate! good luck!

Hi,I don't know if you know about the whole chart thing. Basicaly your sun sign isn't the only thing that matters in a chart.. all the planets and the signs they were in at the time you were born (and other bits and pieces) matter to paint a full picture.. Have a look at http://astro.com in the free horoscopes section, that gives you free charts and relationship charts etc.. you just have to enter both her and your birth data. IP: Logged |

Welcome!
If you and Pisces both like each other so far, there's no reason why you shouldn't go out for drinks and get to know each other more. Don't go into it with the bias that it's not going to work out; at least give it a chance. What have you got to lose?!
My parents were a Leo/Pisces couple and had a very good relationship. They dated for about 4 years, and were married for 20 years until my father's death. My dad was the Pisces and my mom's the Leo. They're 2 very different people, but they made it work.
When you meet someone new, just relax and have fun and get to know her, don't worry about if she'll be your soul mate before you even have your first date. Thinking that way builds up so much pressure and anxiety. I've been there!

I personally LOVE fire/water combinations.I wouldn't discount a promising relationship based upon Sun signs. That's far too limiting...... There is potential anywhere for a disharmonious union... The stars suggest, but you are a product of a whole lot more.. and every scenario is different.
Besides, Star-crossed lovers are kinda' romantic, doncha think? So if overcoming obstacles gets your blood pumping, then by all means, make it a drama.

Yeah, these people pretty much have it covered, but I would like to say in addition to these comments that... if you're like me you'll get along well with your fellow fire signs, but you may never feel romantic towards them.I'm an Earth sign, and most of my best friends are Taurus, but I've never had a significant romantic relationship with one. I've generally gone for Cancers, which have suited me pretty well. Now I'm trying out a Gemini with Cancer rising (Cancer personality), and she's cool. Oh also, my grandma's a Pisces and she married my grandpa who's a Sagittarius. They're still together.  IP: Logged | |
