Are black leos less flamboyant than white leos?

Are white capricorns more conservative than asian capricorns?

Not to generalize at all, but what do you guys think about the interactions here?

Don't know but I've always wondered about this on the appearance side of things...

For instance, some aspects are described as giving fair skin and hair... when some people are from a race or country where that's not usual. I guess astrology is biased! Does anyone know why? Or is that just certain biased astrologers?

Of course. But it’s not really colour, rather where you and your parents grew up.

My biological dad travelled a lot due to his work. When he married my mum he had to take her along with him. We lived in many different countries and barely stayed a few months in each - I was born in Asia. About half my childhood was spent in different parts of Asia - mostly the far east…when I grew a bit older.

When my mother finally snapped cause she couldn’t take anymore, she took me back home to Europe. So I’m pretty confused lol and all those different places influenced me. Even my short stay in India. Mind you I’m not Asian.

So lets see, my dad’s mostly Swedish and mum’s British - and most of my childhood was spent travelling around in Asia - I am not your typical girl…but you already knew that from my posts

Do you think that’s why I’m not your typical Pisces

That's interesting WN , my Cappy friend was born in China lol, because her parents were there on a holiday at the time and she has a Chinese citizenship though she's not chinese. I thought that was a cool story, sounds similar to your story..only they didn't actually stay there for long.

BR, I think it's interesting to notice trends in people from certain countries or even areas within a country..or even just the differences between living in an urban or rural area most of your life. One thing I've noticed is that signs that traditionally don't get along, can be the best of friends when they come from a similar background (mainly when they look similar, act simiar, have similar accents, similar dress code, similar principles, had a similar upbringing etc) maybe it's because having that in common creates a bond.. I think astrology AND background (which includes upbringing, place of birth, life experiences) ..should both come into play if you want a clear picture of someone's personality.

So I think ethnicity affects it due to the fact that having a different ethnicity may a lot of times mean being brought up in a different environment.. so it boils down to the way in which you've experienced life..which is different for everyone..but -even more so- when you compare people from completely different backgrounds

BlueRoamer,

I think the astrological evidence is that we are born with certain energies. When we are children we have no control over these energies, so we tend to project these energies on the world around us in their rawest and harshest state. So we experience Pluto as "power issues" Saturn as "restriction", etc.

However, when we become an adult we have a chance to use these energies to our advantage, if we are open to the changes that need to occur in our perspective. This type of development and growth can very well be held back by our environment, if our environment does not encourage our spiritual and emotional growth.

But if our chart energies are sufficiently strong and directed, we will find it easily to escape from those things which hold us back in life and use our energies to its full potential. However, if our chart energies are not that strong, then we may very well stay "stuck" in our childish past our entire life.

Whatever the life situation, the choice of personal growth and development is ultimately up to the individual.

Looking at astrological growth,

Tim

i wouldnt think so either,

the two weirdos in my family are me (GEm sun) and my Libra sun brother. everyone else is fire or water, and very much traditional, hierarchal, obedient. We are the bearers of change , the hybrids between cultures, more the black sheep really, if you strip away the cool names im disguising us under

Similarly I know way too many Scorps in my culture who have broken all the rules regarding sex and relationships. A lot of rebellious Gems and Aquas. The Taurus, Virgos, Scorps, seem to all follow the obedience and hierarchy very well. Air doesnt do too well with it.

Love
