On my other chart it stated my Ascendant was Picses. I feel confused as to which is actually accurate and wonder if maybe I have two?

Differing systems of astrology can produce different ascendents. Normally my asc. is scorpio but when a member here did my chart using the "whole house" system it gave me a saggitarius ascendent.

the reality is that there is no correct way to do astrology, it's a matter of style, preference and experience. you will need to talk to a more experienced astrologer to learn more.

If you gave the same birthtime (as birthtime indicates your ascendant and all your house rulers) for both charts, then maybe the two companies used different house systems, like the Koch or the Placidus house system for instance.

Your Ascendant is 27 Aquarius. The Pisces Ascendant is incorrect. Unequal house systems (methods of dividing up the chart into 12 unequal parts) do NOT affect the placement of the Ascendant and the Midheaven. So the Placidus and the Koch house systems both have the same placement of the Ascendant and Midheaven. Perhaps by examining the Pisces chart more closely you will find that the birth information entered for the chart is incorrect.
