when pluto square ac + pluto inconjunction with venus
how would it affect a person in any aspects??
some sais inconjucnt is a minor aspects.....?
appreciate any thoughts???

In general,

Pluto (transformation, also power) square (energy needs to be combined with) Ascendant (self)

and

Pluto quincunx (energy needs to be adjusted by) Venus (physical/relationships)
