My solar return is few days ahead, but the look of it... should I get worried or honestly panicked?

The Solar Return chart is the chart of your upcoming birthday year (the time when the Sun returns to the position that it was at your birth). In your chart you have a Grand Cross (strong energy) in Security signs, so there is a STRONG interest in becoming more "secure" this year, which is not surprising, in light of your job situation.

Pluto (transformation, also power) conjunct (energy is combined with) Midheaven (outer world) indicates eitther you could be powerful in the outer world or others could over power you. Pluto energy needs to be used, and if you don't use it, others will use it for you!

I can say that is it ever good for us to worry or panic? Nope. So when you feel yourself starting to fall into this, stop for a few moments, and do whatever it is that calms you down! Carry stones/crystals with you, get one of those stress balls and squeeze the crap out of it, Breathe!, whatever works for ya.

I like to say afirmations to help focus my thoughts on what I need (because your thoughts become your reality). You need a new job so here are a couple of my favorites from Florence Scovel Shinn:

Of Pluto and being powerful in the outer world. Well, transitwise the Lord of the Underworld will be nearing my IC and is staying in square with nMoon, so I guess I have pretty Plutonic times ahead. I hadn't even looked about Uranus. Twelwth house, what else can I say.
