…does that mean you get along with Arians or is it the opposite?

Any planet, just curious.

My singleton is my Moon and a certain Cancer/Aqua/Libra is driving me nuts…oh what fun

A singleton is the only planet in a certain element or mode. There are also other ways a planet can be a singleton, I’m not sure about those.

You got me thinking actually!!!! My chrion is Taurus, does that mean my Moon isn’t a singleton

*waits for someone to say yes*

I think the proverbial line for singletons is drawn at the 'major' planets, not counting poor neglected Chiron. So your Moon is still a singleton. I've got a Mercury singleton in Virgo. But, like you my Chiron is in Taurus (0 degrees!).

No worries though, I think singletons are cool! As to your original query, I do not know. I get along quite well with either Gemini's or Virgos... But then again my Sun is Libra! I get along with pretty much anyone, as long as they're not mean

`Who are you?' said the Caterpillar. This was not an encouraging opening for a conversation. Alice replied, rather shyly, `I--I hardly know, sir, just at present-- at least I know who I WAS when I got up this morning, but I think I must have been changed several times since then.'

I have a Mars singleton in Aquarius.

I dunno how it really affects me, to be honest. Don't really notice it much.

I don't know about getting along better with Aries folks if you have a Mars singleton,
but one effect of singletons that I have noticed is- it often gives you characteristics of the sign the planet rules that cannot really be explained by your other placements. (this is especially true if it is a powerful singleton- for example, by sign AND modality, or element AND sign, etc.)
For example- I have a Neptune singleton and people often ask me if I am a Pisces, though I have absolutely no Pisces placements in my chart.

Hexxie thanks for answering ahhh so my Moon is a singleton…somewhere inside I was hoping for that didn’t realise Chiron isn’t considered.

Nove you’re an Aries Sun right? So do you get along with Arians?

WR wow I did not know that!! So it could make me more Cancer like? Hmmm most of the Cancer qualities don’t apply to me, but it does explain why I’m so protective over my sister.

I have the same Neptune Singleton though in Scorpio and it is poweful as it sits in 11th and nothing sits is in 10 or 12. It trines my Chiron Pisces. I do have my SN and Chiron in Pisces and what is extremely odd is that in the recent year: (1) My sign is guessed wrong constantly and recently as a pisces or scorpio (2) Pisces persons have suddenly entered my life as well as Virgos (my NN is Virgo and my SN is Pisces), what is particularly odd is that the Virgos have all been fairly assertive in seeking my friendship with no prompting and the Pisces are standing in my light and just hanging about, milling almost. I am attracted to the milling but find it very draining as even though they talk less and listen more than my other contacts they have a way of draining my soul out, lock stock and barrel. But I digress as this may just be my nn/sn nodes getting played....

I think the Singleton can often explain behaviors and traits that may seem not to appear in your chart. I find mine a bit too grasping and powerful and certainly more emotional than I would like it to be. LOL.

Ouais, I'm an Aries Sun.

I get along with a lot of different people (most everyone, actually), but if I don't get along with someone, it tends to be someone with a lot of prominant Leo placements in their charts. I dunno. Everything in Leo goes under stress from my Mars, Pluto, or Mercury.

In one word I'd say the Mars singleton gives you prominent martian traits

Planets can also be singletons if they the only planet in a certain house, i.e angular house, succeddent house or "mutable" house(can't remember the name for this one)

Pluto is my only planet in a succedent house, therefore a singleton.
