I am doomed with a Libra stellium in 6!!
I cant ask people to do their part. I would rather do their work
When I ask someone, it will be after so many hours of inner argument that I usually end up annoyingly demading!
I observe people how do they ask, without disturbing the other person. Some even dont care how the other person feel.
I do and its showing at my work place too. I seldom ask those who under me, to share my workload even if it is genuine.

Any experiences? Wondering if this is psychological!!!

Ahhh, that is hard. I have the same problem, although I'm getting better with it. The thing I always repeat to myself is, "Ask, and you shall receive."

And also, I tell myself to be more "aries-like." Like you said, some people have no problem whatsoever asking for things. I have to nudge myself to be a little more like them. In the beginning you kind of feel like an a******, but, in time, you start to realize that no one really minds and if anything, I think people start to respect you more. Be kind, yet firm, in your requests, and you should be fine.

As you know, Libra is about being "fair". And Libra focused in the 6th house (daily work) is about the need to be fair in your daily work. But part of being "fair" is that everyone does the job they are supposed to do.

There should be some sort of clear understanding of who is supposed to do what to do their job well. Supervisors supervise. Analyzer analyze. If the supervisor starts to analyze or the analyzer starts to supervise there are problems! Find out what it is you are supposed to do...what is expected for you to have done at the end of the day...and do that. Everything else needs to be done by somebody else...because it is NOT your job. That is only fair!

sweet... i have an empty sixth house but... i have a virgo stellium in the 7th.. which i have found colors me libra in many ways... i say this because i do the same things... sometimes its because i feel that i can do it better.. and its hard to delegate.. control issues... very virgo.. and since virgo is all about the sixth house... just a thought...

Is there a way that you could create a business of your own--so that you work only for/with yourself? A helping profession might work very well for you......particularly something like a professional mediator, a medium, even some type of social director.
