Hey Sarai!Nope I don't mind answering questions...I'll try my best to be coherent (I have the flu).
Do you know any people with Mars in Aries? Do you get along with them? Don't get along?
I actually know quite a few people with Mars in Aries, I was born in 1985, so the early part of 1985 has a lot of people who have either/or Venus and Mars in Aries.
I do get along with them really well, well at least the guys I do. The girls only if they are earth or water girls. But guys I can deal with no matter what sign they are. I find that the guys actually end up being very forward and aggressive, which my Cancer side loves for security...and my Mars finds very sexy.
Actually to be honest two guys whom I was madly in love with (one was into me as well...and also my first love from when I was 15) were Venus and Mars in Aries. They both were oddly enough born on Valentine's Day 1985.
What is it like having the conjunction in Cancer?
I think having the conjunction in Cancer is tricky. I do feel my Cancer energy as me being moody somewhat, but I also see my conjunction clearly. I happen to be very forward in dealing with things, and I'm not someone who broods about things. For instance the Cancer Mars description really does not fit me at all...but the Aries descripion does to a T. I also like a typical martian person LOVE physical activity and working out. I HAVE to workout or else I'll have tons of excess energy. And I'll be a major pain in the bum. But sometimes the Cancer side comes out and I'm too much in a funk to work out, or I'm in a bad mood. I bascially look at the conjunction as making me stronger and less of a typical "Cancer" so to speak.
In romantic relationships how does this aspect play out?
Actually this aspect plays out really strangely. I'm a very strong willed girl, so I need an equally strong guy. My ex whom I feel hard for (and am not over completely to this day) was a Mars in Pisces...he killed me with his sensitivity and mood swings, and how he lacked the ability to be straight forward. And he was a double Sag. On the other hand I still want softness and vulnerability. So it's VERY hard for me to find the right blend of a guy that I like. I find that myself in relationships this aspect only comes out when I am REALLY upset (or with a fire ruled guy), I'm not for sure afraid of confrontation. In fact the pluto side of me CRAVES passion and intensity and needs conflicts. So I've ended up having some major arguments that lead to amazing make-up sessions. 
Are you attracted to Martian people/energy?
I actually am attracted to Martian energy, but I find myself being more attracted to guys who have fire prominent in their charts. For instance I seem so vibrant with my Mars and Sun/Asc conjunction, along with my Leo Mercury that fire boys seem to flock to me. However the one's that end up staying are Martian energy/fire boys who have a bit of earth or water to make them more sensitive and feed my Cancer side. I do oddly enough seem to attract Sag boys alot. Like I said my ex was a double Sag, and the two guys I was in love with both had Sag Moon's and a high school bf of mine was an Aries with Sag Moon.
Also on a side note, I notice other people who were born in my time frame who have the Cancer Mars (but might be born as a Gemini) I can CLEARLY notice the difference between myself and them. They are much more retiring, while I love spontaneous things (and I'm a cap moon lol).
Anyway Sarai I hope this was informative enough, I don't know if this answered your questions. If you have anymore of want me to clarify by all means ask. And I should add I also have my Venus in the 11th house, so I can to some extent answer some questions about what I find attractive in guys (besides the fact that every guy I've ever been involved with were friends first...and we stay friends after...well for the most part).
