When he entered our lives I had transitting pluto and saturn conj squaring my natal moon, T neptune transitting my natal pluto, T Jupiter and Uranus conj my jupiter and neppy conj in sag, T mars and venus conj my south node and opposite my venus....I am coming up to my 3rd jupiter return...it's funny how I will go back in my mind back to when I had my other ones and what exactly was happening in my life at that time.

My former stepdad entered my life during my 1st Jupiter return and maybe it's fitting that he leaves my life near my upcoming one. Does it mean that I have learned the lessons and grew in an area where I needed too?

This period of radical change is really stirring up things and would never picture any of the stuff happening in my life to be happening.Never would I think of ever going up on stage and singing, never would I have thought that I could open up more and be more of who I am and let the world see my light that I bring forth into this world.

Any insights and where the house of the stepfather is located?

You are definitely undergoing a metamorphosis! Hopefully, the Jupiter return will help you to rid yourself of your stepfather.

As for what house rules stepfathers, I don't know. Lately, I have been hunting around on the net for the houses that rule stepparents, for my own reasons, but as of yet I haven't figured it out.

The seventh from the fourth--meaning the 10th--will then refer to her husband(s).

It is a psychological truism that people tend to marry repeat versions of the same types, so the same house will rule all of her husbands, although if it contains several planets, different ones may refer to different husbands.

Rex E. Bills in the book "The Rulership Book" says 4 and 10 the same as the parents. 10 is the Mother and 4 is the Father.

My 4th house is in Libra and my father was a an Aries.

My 10th house is in Aries and my mom was a Gemini.

None of my mom's boyfriends after my dad were ever Virgo's. I have Virgo in the 3rd house.
