Topic: Help me figure out my sign PLEASE !

Hi everyone,
I am new here though I have read both of Linda Goodman’s books (sun signs and love signs). My birthday is on the fifth of December, born at twenty-three twenty nine hours. Though it clearly says Sagi I feel that I am not one. Infact I think I was born on the Scorpio-sagi cusp, because I show faaaar too varied and contradictive traits. Like the fact that it is said Sags never lie, but I must admit here that sometimes I lie if it suits my requirements. I am not too scholarly, not very fond of knowledge but yes, I love reading .Nor am I religious-minded like most Sagis are supposed to be. I am not very much of an extrovert nor do I feel that I just command attention from people. To an extent I am sort of shy, but once I really kinda get to know the person, I can get downright eccentric and wild, no-holds-barred. And the fact that Sags are playful flirts who don’t care much about commitment, for me it is totally untrue. I am a completely romantic (but definitely not the soft-lighting-candle-lit-dinner and mushy love poems type!) person who cherishes the idea of a relationship for keeps and I wouldn’t even dream of cheating on my guy. As for outdoor sports (except for some adventure sports ), I JUST LOATHE ‘EM !I do show some aspects of being a Scorpio like being a very passionate person at times, can be pretty calculating at times and become pretty possessive and jealous ( might I add the word wildly?). I am sort of a mysterious person at first but once you get to know me, an open book. Intelligent, good memory but not-so-good concentration. Very fond of music and am a good singer myself. And I am also quite compassionate, like pets (though I have none) I am a person of a fiery nature( very quick and prone to short temper which extinguishes itself quickly too) and impulsive too. I have a huge heart and at the same time, a big ego (almost like Leos).I am sort of broad minded, enthusiastic type of person with plenty of confidence but just unable to make the best of my confidence, insecure when it comes to love and up for a good laugh anytime. I am also a very frank person and comment like I feel like, sometimes not pausing to think about it. And as for the physical aspect, I am five feet-six and have wavy blackish-brown locks. I have a good clear complexion, slightly broad forehead, a round fleshy face and bright doe-like brown eyes. I am social but very choosy about friends. I feel like I belong to every one, and yet to no one. I am basically of a happy-go-lucky nature yet I don’t how or why, people perceive me as deep, serious and contemplative. I am also quite stubborn and always like to get my way around ( if I don’t I either rage or just pout sadly and sob to myself), mostly but not with my friends. Also there are these times when I am so emotionally concrete hard and yet at times I am, as Linda says in Sun signs, “the softest woman you would have squeezed around your little finger.” Can you please please please help me sort out my confusion? And also can you tell me which sign is really, totally and completely compatible with mine?Thanks.

Hi there! Welcome to the forums!If you could post your full birth data that would be helpful for us to see your chart. There is a lot more to astrology than sun signs, so you never know what else we might find! If you have the following info we could have a look: Date of Birth (day, month, year)

If you were born on December 5th, you're definitely a Sagittarius Sun. However, other planets may be in other signs, if you go to www.astro.com and put in your birth data, you can get info to everything else...Moon/Ascendant, etc., house placements, the whole shabang Welcome, btw. IP: Logged |

Sorry, sweetnsassy, I tried to link an image of your chart to this message but I couldn't figure it out. Anyway, the birth data you have given shows that you have VIRGO RISING, SAGITTARIUS SUN and PISCES MOON. The rising sign or ascendant discribes how you come across to others and the outer shell of your nature. You sound like a sagittarius to me. Not everyone is going to fit every requirement of their sign ddue to accents and hues from their other planets/aspects.Ultimately though sun sign astrology is powerful, the sun sign is how you express your soul, it is your true essence, and as we age our rising sign (outer self) recedes and our sun sign begins to shine through more. I alwasy thought I was more of a capricorn until recently, my rising sign is beginning to drop and I'm becomming the sagittarius outwardly I alwasy was inwardly. I don't know how old you are but you might still be showing your shy virgo asc. Also remember that saggi is both mutable and dual, which means we have many faces and modes. Some modes I take on: teacher, scholar, know it all, egomaniac, charmer, entertainer, clown, student, philsopher, scientist, counselor, insensetive jerk, misanthrope (someone who hates everyone). Maybe you've found yourself taking on some of these roles? Also in love I can vary from extremely needy and romantic, to completely detached and seeming to not care. Sometimes sagittarians can be VERY emotionally detached, its usually not a karmically heavy lifetime for us, kind of a joyride sometimes, our abundance can be over the top. IP: Logged |

CAPRICORN on the 5th, and PISCES on the 7th house cusps, umm... i din't exactly understand what is meant by this, as in what sorta characteristics does the person having CAPRICORN on the 5th, and PISCES on the 7th house cusps exhibit ?IP: Logged |

Hi sweetnsassy,your rising sign is Virgo. This means tht it is your 1st house. libra wud be your second house, scorpio your 3rd etc etc.
Now the 5th house is for romance, and the 7th for long term partnerships. So capri being you 5th house, and pisces being the 7th, u wud be attracted to people with capri/pisces influence. BlueRoamer, what you have said about the sun sign becoming more important as we age, is sooo true!! i never really thought about it ! Thanks for the insight. IP: Logged |

what you said's so very true inlovewithlife ?I do like this Piscean friend of mine, we are pretty different temperament wise but he just understands me so better than anyone else.Slowly i was drawn to him and I guess now I've fallen hard.I think he feels the same way too but has not said anything.Are Piscean guys double faced ? Being warm with you sometimes to the point of actually feeling hot and the next time he sees you around, is pretty cool with you? He was born or twenty fourth feb, 1989.i dunno the time but would it be able to cast a general horoscope sorta thing ? btw are you a gemini or leo or sagi ?IP: Logged |

Hi Sweetnsassy, wht u've said is interesting....why did u feel thti was a leo, sagi or GEMINI ? 
well i am capri with moon in gemini...and i guess in these forums i really come across as a gemini more than anything else
hmmm....not much experience with pisces...but yes they r very moody...and emotional. all tht coolness is just a mask. they need to withdraw into themselves sometimes, i guess, being so emotional. you hv your moon in pisces, u shud know !!
u can chk out the forum 'Soul Unions' and ask about your pisces boy there.
