That's tricky.It's common knowledge that an ear infection can lead to problems with hearing and auditory processing. Many Dyslexics,and people with auditory processing disorder have history of ear infections and auditory processing problems. Many of them had glue ear and needed tubes in their ears. Auditory processing problems are often connected to speech delays,problems. Most Dyslexics have auditory processing problems that affect their phonemic,phonological awareness which leads to them having problems sounding out words. Many have tubes in their ears. Auditory processing issues lead to problems with learning in class which is mainly auditory sequential teaching methods. People with auditory processing problems can be overloaded with auditory information,have problems understanding multiple instructions as well as sequential instructions in general,and sensitive hearing. People with auditory processing issues are visual spatial learners.
I had a severe ear infection when I was 3 months old. I was diagnosed with a severe form of auditory Dyslexia that included unintelligible,disorganized speech due to auditory reversals as well as problems with listening to rapid speech. I also had balance and coordination problems which are linked to cerebellar-vestibular system. A lot of Dyslexics are known to have history of those problems which might fall under Dyspraxia. That's why Dr. Levinson believes that cerebellar vestibular(inner ear) dysfunction is root of Dyslexia. The ear is not just for hearing and listening but it is also for equilibrium. I was diagnosed by Dr. Levinson as having cerebellar vestibular dysfunction after tests showed abnormal auditory processing,visual processing,coordination,balance. The tests that he gave for cerebellar vestibular system is the same test that the give to test people to see if they are drunk. I would flunk the drunk test every time because of my cerebellar vestibular problems. hahahaha
according to the book, THE RULERSHIP BOOK by Rex E. Bills
ears,in general = 2nd house,Taurus,Mercury (Aries)
ear,left = (Mars,Saturn)
ear,right = (Jupiter and Saturn)
hearing,sense of = Saturn,Mercury
vestibules = Gemini
listening,listeners = Saturn,Mercury
learning = Mercury,Gemini,3rd house,(Venus)
I do have:
1.Mercury parallel Neptune
2. Mercury contraparallel Neptune
3. I have Mercury in wide square to Mars
Jupiter in Sagittarius in 3rd oppose retrograde Saturn in Gemini in 9th
4.I have Mars in 6th square Neptune in 3rd
5. I have retrograde Saturn in Gemini in 9th oppose Neptune in 3rd
6. Mercury conjunct Sun/Neptune midpoint
7. Mars oppose Mercury/Saturn midpoint
8.Mars square Mercury/Neptune midpoint
9. unaspected Uranus in 2nd
10. Moon oppose Saturn/Neptune midpoint
hard aspects between Saturn and Neptune indicate potential medical problems...the same with Saturn/Neptune midpoint
