I've been so busy trying to figure out midpoints and their significance that I didn't notice this one. What the heck is the East Point and it's significance? I'm not looking for anymore long pages to read at this moment. Just a quick description if that's possible. Thanks! IP: Logged |

The EP is like a "second" ASC. It's where your ASC would be if you were born on the equator. Some astrologers use the EP in place of the ASC.Anyhow, the standard way of interpreting the EP as a "second" ASC: you just see it as representing how you act in public, whereas your ASC is how others see you publically. FOr me personally, I don't use the EP unless someone asks about it. To me, teh ASC does represent both how you are percieve and how you conduct yourself in public. At best the EP adds a bit more nuance to understanding one's public conduct and outward behavior. Hope that's brief enough for you. IP: Logged |
