Hi I would like to know what is the Part of Marriage? Is that important in synastry ? Mine is at Libra 24 degrees exactly conjuct my SO's ASC and NN??

Maybe your relationship pulls him forward in some way since your PoM conjuncts his NN.------------------

It pretty much says he's your destined husband (NN - his life path is, among others, to marry you; as for the POM conj Asc, I think that's even more obvious that he's "the one").

Doesn't have a number. Go to http://www.noendpress.com/pvachier/arabicparts/index.php You'll find 3 formulas for POM (plus another 2 for your male friend  ). Yes, they're very significant. In all the charts of married ppl I know, something conjuncts at least one of the POMs. IP: Logged |

interesting XD in a fast look:- my PoM trines my bf's Moon, while his POM trines my Venus/Moon/Mercury; - my PoHappiness trines his Moon, his my PoHappiness conjuncts my Jupiter; - our PoLove conjunct each other Karma; - his PoLovers conjunct my name asteroid (in his own birth chart); - his PoDivorce conjuncts my Sun.. Hi, Diandra!I'm not good at interps, yet, but I'll give it a little try. Boy, do you guys have a lot of aspects!!!
The aspects involving the Part of Marriage (any of the 3) are important, especially conjunctions. It isn't really necessary that it makes a conjunction with the love planets/asteroids (my father's POM is conj my mother's Mercury, for instance *married for 25 years* - I hope I'm not mixing them  LOL, I've seen a lot of charts today ).
Midpoints are also very important. I think his Sun-Moon mid conj your POM is very promising!
What I think is even more important is mutuality ~ double whammies!
-his part of destiny conj your venus - do you really have to ask? You are ment to love each other!
-his part of fate conj your Karma pretty much indicates a karmic relationship (do you guys have Node contacts, too?)
-his Karma conj your POM - well, I have this one too and you already know the deal. And you guys have the double whammy, too, if I'm not mistaken!!!!! CONGRATULATIONS!!!!
-his IC conj your part of happiness - if you'll live together, you'll have a bliss
-your Union conj his Asc - this is big!!
-your POM conj his Juno OMG!!!! Marriage!
-your Karma & Valentine conj his Part of Fate - fated, ment to be relationship, for sure

Sure! Scroll down until you see that yellow square. In the first menu there's a list of all the arabic parts, in alphabetical order. Scroll down again until you see Marriage=Asc+Cusp7th house-Venus. There are 5 total formulas for Part of Marriage, as you will see.
Now, in the left, you'll enter the SIGN, DEGREE and MINUTES of your Asc; in the middle menu you do this for your 7th house cusp and in the right for your Venus.
Press the "find arabic part" button and... tell us what you got !I hope this makes it more clear. If you still have troubles, don't hesitate to ask. Good luck! Izo IP: Logged |

Izo  thankx for you reading, well i found it too good to be true :P Those aspects,only a few are in a 0º degree orb, the majority are within the 3.5º,so i must have my feet on the ground, i think. Yeah, the union-asc conjunct is in 1 degree! great aspect! Well, yes we do have some node aspects,Iqunk said we definatelly have numerous past lives together ( but none as wife/husband)

The Cusp of the 7th House is the Descendant, right? If so, then it is what I got:
ASC (Pisces 0º44')+ Cusp7th (Virgo 0º 44')- Venus (Pisces 21º 33')= Leo 9º 55'
Ok... now, what does it mean?

HI Beccawell i hope you dont mind that i answer..it means that your marriage is in Leo and in that exact degree( 9º).
You can find another more 2 formulas for your marriage calculations there.
It exists the "marriage","marriage of woman1" and "marriage of woman3", as well it exists thse for the man
So, if you want to know if there´´s any conjunctions between the POM and another planets in sinastry, you must calculate all. For instance, imagine that the POM of your guy is in 10º Leo.
It would be conjuncting yours ( cause your´s is in 9ºLeo).
I think that the orbs used are within 3.5º.
So you can consider conjuntions even if it is for example: His POM conjuncting yours in 12,5º in Leo I hope this helps ( and dont confuse you )

I tend to be a little too generous with orbs (I confess, I like charts with plenty of aspects) - so much that I've started to use a 15 deg orb for Sun and Moon aspects, even in the natal chart.
For asteroids and parallels, small orbs are recommended, but I have no idea what orbs to use for Arabic Parts. I'm thinking <5 deg - the tighter, the better.
Well, maybe you and your guy will finally form a family. I find this stuff absolutely fascinating, how our souls decide to unite after several lives of painful experiences...

The aspects you posted are very positive!! POM conj Jupiter points to a lucky marriage together, one that can make both of you grow from. Destiny conj Saturn and Juno is very good and also karmic (because of Saturn). The Vertex is the second DC, so a conjunction with Union can only bring more happiness together (but I don't think that this aspects taken separately can indicate marriage). IC conj Venus is perfect for living together! It is a very fortunate aspect, since it's soooooooooooooo difficult to adapt to someone else's habits. I'm happy you succeeded in calculating the POM. You can use your intuition for the interpretation. Since it's in Leo, you could say that marriage is a form of expressing your individuality or that you take pride in being happily married. For instance, mine is in Pisces (along with Juno and Osiris, so this sign is pretty strong in influence) - I am very romantic and desire a deep, spiritual and intuitive connection with my husband. I hope it doesn't mean 2 marriages, since it's a double sign (and with Juno there... hmmm... my guy also has Juno&POM in a double sign... Well, time will tell).
The issue is far more complex, you have to look at all the indicators. The DC points to the type of partners you are attracted to, or how you behave in a relationship. Juno is also very important in this respect, Isis shows what kind of wife you'd like to be, Osiris is your ideal husband, Union and the Vertex also show what kind of relationship appeals to you. And then, there are the rulers LOL, the houses everything is in, aspects and so on. Humans are way too complex and relationship even more so!
